can you zip up the broken extra so that either herve or i can take a look at it. there have been a lot of code change in edp maybe a data base file is cross linked.

have you created a new installer or are you still working with the same installer disk? it could be corrupted. can you run a disk repair and permissions fix on it with disk utility?
