yeah drop natit into extra and run a myfix... well that's if your using myhack. and yeah that link pretty much will not work. main reason being we can not set the video ram.... if you dont make the intel graphics main in bios it loads 16mb if it's on or in auto i think it loads 128mb.
have you tried the force HPET option in your chameleon boot plist? try it with chameleon wizard. that sounds more like some irq issue then the kext itself. do you have the same issue with other things like dvdrom or wifi or usb?
yeah i had same issue with the ivy i3 3220 cpu it had the HD2500 integrated graphics once i upgraded the cpu to the 3770 like jake has it worked fine. although adding natit kext to my extra at least got me through the install i just had no graphics acceleration with the i3.
have you swapped hard drives to see if the problem switches? also are both hdd's spinning at the same rpm's? and finally ram. is that running at the same frequency on both laptops.
centrino just means all the chips are intel... CPU,WiFi,Lan, and chipsets. it is not a core but a family of intel components... and yes centrino means intel WiFi which is not supported by apple. that is why your having issues.
are you sure the drive is seated correctly? also have you tried maybe booting to a live linux to see if it actually is working. those drives do tend to fail.
the SD card reader is most likely PCIE not usb so not much of a solution for that. it usually is very flakey and unstable even when it "kinda works"
the BT might have been integrated into your wifi card as a combo. I'm not sure if your replacement is also a combo card. so you might have completely removed your BT module in the exchange.
as for the webcam. find the driver it is loading in 10.8.4 that works and then replace it in 10.8.5 if not then take the 10.8.5 kext open it's plist and add your webcam's device id's to the plist
