Well have you checked to see if it is compatible with the os? maybe the manufacturer has an installer. it might need udated kexts. if not you might have to try load the kexts from your previous os that worked. yeah beta 8 does not have chameleon 2248 it has 2247 wich does not have 32 bit support for your boot. if your stuck boot with arch=x86_64 -v flag and once in the os install chameleon 2248 that should get you going.

install chameleon rev 2248 or higher.

you can try cloning it back over to the ssd.

have myhack use boot pack as extra it should have asked what extra to use when you made the installer. but if you already transferred the bootpack manually to the thumbdrive run a myfix on the installer volume. it looks like maybe there are 2 different fakesmc's but that would be the case if you used another extra first like myhacks generic extra option to build.

are you using a dsdt with graphics injection? if not look at the d630 gma. it has very similar specs.

are you sure you have a core2duo not a core solo cpu?

the dsdt we have in edp and the boot packs are based on the A09 bios. so an older bios can interfere with proper functionality.
