run a search of the usb drive with Assistant.app but it might be inside of a dmg file that needs to be mounted... i don't have one to verify the exact location.

actually it seems your hanging up on the modem... shut off all unused legacy ports. and do you have nvidia because i see natit loading... gma does not use natit.

try disabling the wireless card from bios... and set your sata ports to ahci there as well.

borrow one if you can... it just asks for a usb mouse and keyboard at initial install, after its satisfied that it found it it works fine when you install a trackpad/keyboard driver,,,, theres a plist you can edit but i don't remember what it is .... i was looking for the method not too long ago but if i recall it was back in dp1 days but it should should still be valid.

did you ever check your bios settings in the laptop... setting it to defaults can clear a lot of issues like that.

did you check your audio settings in system prefs and in midi utility. you can also try removing the bluetooth connection to the speaker and see if that clears it up. supposedly hitting F5 or F10 is suppose to make chameleon scan for drives but i haven't seen it detect a cd in a long while. but it will detect it if your cd is imaged to usb or a partition. i have had weird audio issues like that with my dell 350 BT adapter.... my dell360 definitely works much better with my BT headset... try temporarily shutting off the BT module and see if audio goes back to normal.

the problem could be your installing chame from edp before running the md0 version. you don't have to keep reinstalling it once it's installed properly.

well regarding the last link it works fine on my intel graphics... add a bios password like wiki states the terminal stuff now can be done from edp we integrated it into the sleep fix option... not to be confused with sleep enabler kext.

then they must have messed up something in the new version of chameleon or you need internet access so chame wiz can get updated. to see the other selection you have to hit the spacebar when chame is loading then you will see win 7

try repairing permissions first before going crazy

try setting your resolution in org.chameleon.Boot.plist

definitely update your bios first to dell latest if you use osx bios make sure to use correct one look in bios for graphics info like resolution and type then download correct one

weird in second pic it shows that fakesmc is loaded twice... maybe once in sle and also extra?... did you boot with -x -v? make sure to let chame wiz update to the newest version. are you running lion or snow this time with edp 1.9.1? does it boot fine from the pen drive?

try booting with -v -f also nvidia might need PciRoot=1

heatsink should not be a problem just make sure you use good heatsink compound and that the gpu pad is making contact with the gpu.

dude i have no clue where that folder is but it's on the forum somewhere as others are using it.... try the search feature on the site. sometimes rebooting a few times clears that error.

use boot0md option from chameleon wizard or champ list and do as the last screen states repair windows or vice versa forgot with goes first.... you after windows repair you will have to boot osx with the thumb drive to re install chameleon boot0md is the one you want and install to lion partition....
