does left click work in another OS? also try putting 2 fingers on trackpad when left clicking

sometimes patching HPET helps. try selecting HPET patch from clover GUI ACPI patching section.

LILU kext should be put in EFI/CLOVER/KEXTS/OTHER probably same goes for it's plugin APPLEALC.kext it probably mentions that in the readme's on the 2 links provided above.
-
you can have clover generate one for you. https://clover-wiki.zetam.org/configuration
-
AppleALC.kext will also require LILU kext to work https://github.com/vit9696/Lilu

yup most likely. bootcamp uses MBR. use the windows tool to create it. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

i recently ordered a pair of DW1510's from ebay china seller. what i got was something that was not compatible with osx instead. it had a huge VOID sticker covering where it would normally say DW1510 LOL i guess they use it as a catch 22. you peal it you void there warranty and or return. -
if your using clover press F4 at clover GUI it should dump your ACPI tables into clover/acpi/orig folder. try with that dsdt.

to install windows you would have to reformat the empty partition as hfs journaled. then boot the windows installer as UEFI. during windows install select the partition your going to use for windows. delete it and install windows to it.. after windows installs sometimes you have to go into bios and re select clover as the boot source or sometimes you have to reinstall clover. software raid usually does not work on osx with the exception of bios hardware raid. but even that sometimes has issues as well. maybe switching to SSD will give you the performance your looking for. if using clover you should be able to just upgrade from the app store app. depending on the model the trackpad kext might need to be updated to a compatible version as it might cause a kernel panic. for backup you should be able to use disk utility from the recovery partition to clone osx to another drive and or partition. there are third party apps that can do it from a live osx boot as well. if you want the new back up to be bootable you will have to copy your existing EFI folder and also put it on the backup drive EFI partition.

might be a usb 2 hub issue.

check bios if lan is enabled

you have to find out who is the manufacturer of the trackpad if its ALPS search the forum for one if its synaptics try rehabman ps2 if other search forum for dinesh appleps2 thats why Jake asked you for this info in post 3. " Keyboard : Dell™ Chiclet Keyboard with Multi-touch Touchpad (English)" that does not say who really makes the hardware and before you start asking why your wifi is not working "Wireless : Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 2230, 802.11b/g/n + BT4.0" is not supported by MacOS lol.

try updating your clover to latest https://sourceforge.net/projects/cloverefiboot (chameleon, stolen and rebranded)/ -
use latest clover https://sourceforge.net/projects/cloverefiboot (chameleon, stolen and rebranded)/ regenerate your smbios with latest clover configurator app. because you will need new high Sierra "bios version" and "bios release date" info for your model. you can keep the rest of your smbios as is if you made any tweaks to it.

you have to manually add the table into config.plist I have not seen MATS as a dropdown option in the configurator apps. but it might not only be the MATS table that has the hangup as some machines do not have MATS table. it is an issue with some of the SSDT table headers. you can see what tables your machine has using clover F4 dump and look at what tables it has in the ORIG ACPI folder then manually add tables to clover config till you find the one that causes the lockup. in my case I did not have a MATS table.
