in clover configurator, in acpi section drop table DMAR as a safety precaution also default boot volume might be set to Opt9020 remove the entry. and as scram69 suggests replace voodoPS2.
it could be the image you downloaded is too old change your system date in bios to before February/14/2016 also your log shows issues with your boot theme another thing i see is your clover has been regressed to Clover revision: 3320 in your picture it shows you installed 3504.

are you logged in with an Admin account? maybe it needs admin access to install also check system preferences / security prefpane to see if you have to allow it to install
have you checked if there are updated drivers for the wifi at the manufacturer? http://www.tp-link.com/en/download/TL-WN723N.html#Driver seems there are different versions of the hardware which you need to double check the one you have.
