Administrators Bronxteck Posted December 3, 2014 Administrators Share Posted December 3, 2014 well seeming as that drive has been giving issues since the beginning maybe it needs a firmware update and or a dell bios update as well. or the drive is some how defective? or needs to be re seated or tested on a different sata port. it really seems like a hardware incompatibility issue. i had a Optiplex 9010 that would eat hard drives total of 3 for no apparent reason even with a new power supply. replaced the board and no more issues. Julio Bernardo
I'm going to format my Hard Disk and installing first Yosemite and after Windows. I'll try it, cause i don't see another way. I'll be back to report something about it. Is there something that I should know in special, before installation? Wish me luck! Thank you all.
