@sp00ge, if sound worked in Sierra, it should work in High Sierra too. Did you add the kexts in /EFI/Clover/kexts/Other/LE to /Library/Extensions Repair permission and rebuild cache? For USB, you need to update the port limit patch from 10.12 to 10.13 and use USBInjectAll. For IvyBridge, use the 9-Series patch. GenericUSBXHCI stopped support at 10.10
