  1. Not seeing any difference in the IOReg files. I've attached 2 kexts. Replace VoodooPS2Controller to /EFI/Clover/kexts/Other, remove ApplePS2Controller. Replace EAPDFix.kext to /L/E, repair permission and rebuild cache. testKexts.zip
  2. @hus2020 Try this for touchscreen. There's an extra SSDT, but not sure if it makes a difference. Replace Config and DSDT/SSDT into /EFI/Clover/ACPI/Patched Post IOReg IORegistryExplorer_v2.1.zip after replacing the files for review 9Q33_touchscreen_A08.zip
  3. No, you need the model with Nvidia graphics
  4. Think you're right, there's not I2C devices in this system. Could be an USB issue...check under USB, see if the touchscreen is detected or under preferences, you'll see something call Ink..I think. Could also be the OP's doesn't have touchscreen on his system...so the DSDT/SSDT might not have the patch for it. You could extract your DSDT/SSDT from your system and I'll patch them for you. Just attach the Origin folder after you select the F4 key during boot. Also list your BIOS version.
  5. @tldrbro, for some reason is not generating the IOReg file. Can you run this and save it before sleep and after sleep and attach them here? Thanks IOReg IORegistryExplorer_v2.1.zip
  6. He's using the ApplePS2Controller which goes in /EFI/Clover/kexts/Other It's in the bootpack I linked. I've done nothing to the kext, it's all in the DSDT patching that I'm testing so that no I2C kext is required
  7. send me debug before and after sleep
  8. try enabling " Prevent computer from sleeping automatically when the display is off"
  9. Restore vanilla AppleHDA (untouched) to /S/L/E Repair permission and rebuild cache Disable the audio hotpatch in Config since you're using AppleALC.kext in Clover kexts
  10. what was the KP? You need to set the DVMT or use Lilu.kext + IntelGraphicsDVMTFixup or use Rehabman's 32MB BIOS patch
  11. Last I heard touch-base doesn't support I2C connection
  12. UEFI + Legacy Option ROMS enable both to load. Some older systems require both enabled to boot properly while newer systems has issue if Legacy Options ROMS is enabled. Real Mac has no BIOS, so not a MAC dependency issue, more of a PC issue.
  13. Seems to be missing DSDT/SSDT in /EFI/Clover/ACPI/Patched folder
  14. How about Clover, what version are you running? Make sure minimum v4297
  15. @tldrbro Here, try replacing to /EFI/Clover Files set for Sierra/HS but should work on El Capitan too. You'll need to add HFSPlus.efi to /EFI/Clover/drivers64UEFI or disable VBoxHfs in Config file 7280_Skylake_HD520.zip
  16. what version of Clover do you have installed? Make sure you have FixHeaders or FixHeaders_200000000 enabled depending on version of Clover installed You can enable it under Clover Options during boot
  17. Restore you original Config file, only generate different serial. Use CC 4.54 and up as stated earlier. Will original Config without changes boot?
  18. boot with verbose and debug 0x100 to determine the issue Don't change the SMBios. Just generate a new serial so it's unique. Make sure to use latest Clover Configurator 4.53 and up.
  19. @tldrbro since your system has Skylake rather than Kabylake, you'll need a different sets of patched DSDT/SSDT/Config file Follow instructions from here to sent files.
  20. For native HD 630 support, make sure to install 10.12.6 and up. No need to fake CPUID if you're using platform id 0x59120000
  21. @tldrbro Though your 7280 is Skylake CPU and similar to E7x70, you shouldn't use the patched DSDT/SSDT, hence the weird issues you're facing. I'm still trying to figure out why using the E7x70 DSDT/SSDT, keyboard and trackpad works with PS2 kexts, but with 7280 DSDT/SSDT, they don't work. They require an I2C kexts but that's not supporting either. I'm trying to figure out how to disable the I2C and revert them to PS2 which is more supported. Update: I think I got it, but will need someone to test it
  22. you mean the minuscule artifact right before the login screen? Happens to all the hackintoshes, very minor. Yes, same platform ID for HD4400, HD4600, HD5000
  23. Just updated the Sierra bootpack I created for you months ago to be HS compatible. Replace to /EFI/Clover Post error if you encounter it 7548_HS.zip
  24. @errandwolfe It's working fine on my E6520 running Sierra, keyboard layout set to ANSI. Which OS X are you running?
