  1. 11. Make sure to disable hibernation as it's a prerequisite to get sleep & wake to work Ok on a Hackintosh: sudo pmset hibernatemode 0 sudo rm -f /var/vm/sleepimage sudo pmset hibernatefile /dev/null What issue do you encounter when you place it to sleep? via Closing the LID or from Apple menu.
  2. The VoodooPS2Controller (Alps) for E7440 is the same for E6330; so yes, you could replace it if it's working on your E7440.
  3. It totally has something to do with MacOS, this does not happen on Windows. I don't know if there's a way to trick it. Although I personally have not try, you could go to display preference->Color and play around with the options. Maybe even calibrating...
  4. My bad! File uploaded with compiled version. FYI: to compile, launch it with MacIASL and save as Format "ACPI Machine Language Binary".
  5. According to FrostytheSnowman, after replacing his LCD with a Samsung, glitch is gone no matter which bios version. So I guess it only occur on the generic brand that came with Dell.
  6. Full graphics acceleration is not loaded until complete install. You don't have full acceleration during installation, that's why you're not getting the glitches.
  7. I had HD520 declared in DSDT too, forgot about that. File re-upped in post #16. Replace both DSDT and Config
  8. I read others use the E5530 bootpack, you could try that but use the DSDT I attached
  9. Right, you have the HD540 graphics. Add your specs to the signature file. Easier for us to assist without assumption. Doh! Attached the un-complied version instead. Re-upped compiled version. config-HD540.zip
  10. Boot without the DSDT and disable the "DropOEM SSDT"
  11. you just need FakeSMC and ApplePS2Controller. The error looks like you have not replace with the updated files I attached. The error shows that you're missing the FixHeaders patch. Either that or you're not booting from the source with the updated files.
  12. At Clover GUI, hit the space bar. Select verbose and do not reboot at panic Mode. Post KP error here
  13. no, that file is corrupted. Delete / clear the folder and then re-export it. Reboot the system to Clover GUI, hit F4 to export. Continue booting to OS X, compress and attach the folder.
  14. Yes, should work. Or you could export it with F4 during Clover boot and attach Origin folder here, I'll patch them and update the bootpack
  15. In my guide, there's an alternate bootpack for system that have wifi issue
  16. Not experiencing any issue you're referring to. System is running really quiet and cool. Also not using the Rehabman's version of Clover. I'm using this one. Did you also update all the kexts attached by Schiller? I'm using SSDT from 10.12.5, but shouldn't make a difference if you use one built from current OS.
  17. Try resetting BIOS to default, apply. Then go back and change to UEFI, AHCI, CPU XD Support Enable.
  18. You're using an older version of Clover Configurator. Get the latest Clover Configurator You can also enable it during Clover boot by going into Options-> ACPI Patching-> DSDT fix mask [0x30000000]-> at the very bottom But it won't save after reboot, you still have to add it to the Config.plist file This is assuming you're on Clover v4200 minimum.
  19. Try. Replace files to /EFI/Clover Might want to make a backup of the USB installer incase it won't boot after the new files n76vz.zip
  20. Extract the raw files with F4 during Clover boot. Compress and attach Clover folder here Wifi / BT must be compatible to work, what does it have? Try enable shuddown Fix in Clover Config
  21. You can't expect Audio to work if you don't use AppleHDA_ALC255.kext. Copy that and CodecCommander.kext to /Library/Extensions, repair permission and rebuild cache. As for Wifi / BT, what device do you have? Intel is not supported. See here https://osxlatitude.com/index.php?/topic/8696-is-my-wireless-card-compatible-with-os-x/
