  1. You just need to generate an SSDT.aml with ssdtPRGen.sh by pikeralpha for different CPU, no need to change DSDT.
  2. Check in BIOS if you have only 1 stick of ram that it should be on the 1st slot.
  3. can you launch DPCIManager, go to the Misc tab, highlight and select all the Boot log, save to a text file and attach it here also attach IOReg IORegistryExplorer_v2.1.zip
  4. I know, I uploaded that bootpack. I was just told that the mic doesn't work with AppleALC.kext. Since I don't have this hardware to confirm, I could only work with what others told me. Glad you finally got audio working. About the mouse choppiness, does it resolve itself after a minute?
  5. Not seeing AppleHDA_ALC292.kext in the output. If you have it in /L/E or /S/L/E, one or the other, not both. Delete it, run those commands again. Then place this in /L/E and run the commands once again, make sure rebuild cache is successful. Make sure you see AppleHDA_ALC292 in the output and reboot.
  6. Your E5430 has an Alps touchpad, not an Elantech or FocalTech or Synaptics. Use one by Dr. Hurt instead. And then go into prefpane and enable tapping
  7. Obviously you'll have to update to the latest Clover (currently v4200) to get it to boot. It introduces a new format APFS so a new Clover driver (APFS.efi) is needed to detect the HDD. I have it installed on my E7470, E7450, and E7440. Preliminary testing so far is good, minor changes to the Sierra bootpack for it to work as well as Sierra. A lot of kexts has been already updates to work on HS, but some needs additional patching to work as expected. So don't jump into it if you're using your system as a primary driver unless you just want to test it. Create a secondary partition and install there if you're interested in testing.
  8. try this DSDT. Since VoodooI2C is not causing KP on your system, you could place it in /E/C/k/Other DSDT-I2C.zip
  9. Try switching CodecCommander back to older version 2.6.1 found in my E7470_A20 bootpack
  10. Check to see if the ethernet jack is not damaged...bend wire.
  11. DW1510 will work OOB with no Bluetooth. Azureware might be a better choice if you need bluetooth and try Continuity. This will require a couple of patches and kexts to work. As for audio, run the following commands and place the output here sudo chmod -Rf 755 /L*/E* sudo chown -Rf 0:0 /L*/E* sudo touch -f /L*/E* sudo chmod -Rf 755 /S*/L*/E* sudo chown -Rf 0:0 /S*/L*/E* sudo touch -f /S*/L*/E* sudo kextcache -Boot -U /
  12. try karabiner-element application and re-assign the keys
  13. Seem to be partially supported. Check the insanelymac link below Atheros AR5B22 Mini PCIe 168c-0034 AR94624 A/B/G/N N N N Y Y Y Y N FW + Atheros40 patch 4 AR946x (168c,34), AR9485 (168c,32) and AR9565 (168c,36) work to some degree with alternative (re-written) Atheros40 driver as posted at InsanelyMac by Chunnann: http://www.insanelym...ed-cards/page-1
  14. The link is for you to replace AppleHDA_ALC255, not VoodooPS2Controller. Your system has Synaptics touchpad, not Alps.
  15. Nope, name anything but AppleHDA. Try one found here.
  16. try copying to /System/Library/Extensions instead and repair permission and rebuild cache
  17. did you add VoodooI2C.kext to /E/C/k/Other or try loading it manually with the new DSDT?
  18. yes, do the copy the 3 kexts to /L/E and run the commands and reboot can you launch DPCIManager, go to the Misc tab, highlight and select all the Boot log, save to a text file and attach it here
  19. I think you meant /EFI/Clover/kexts/Other Ok, here's a new bootpack for Sierra. Replace the files into /EFI/Clover
  20. Most likely your Asus has Elantech touchpad and will require ApplePS2SmartTouchPad.kext and some DSDT patching. You'll need DSDT patching to disable your Nvidia card as well to maximum battery life. Boot to Clover GUI. Hit F4 on the keyboard. Continue booting to OSX Compress and attach the Clover folder here for review. List the version of BIOS you're running too.
  21. Does it have HDMI port, VGA port and / or display port? Not sure what SD card reader it has, post the Status and PCI list screenshot here with this DPCIManager https://sourceforge.net/projects/dpcimanager/ The IOReg was not created with the version of IORegistryExplorer I linked, so it's showing being corrupted. What version were you using to export? Nevermind, looks like version 3.0.2
  22. You didn't select F4 during Clover boot, Origin folder is empty. Run that and attach only Origin folder The mouse choppy could be due to non use connectors, which could be disabled. So will need to determine what physical port the system has. Does it have HDMI port, VGA port and / or display port. Have the HDMI or DP connected and launch IOReg IORegistryExplorer_v2.1.zip Save and attach the file here.
  23. Switch to MBA6,2, no need for IOAHCISerialATAPIInjector
