Allright, your airport extreme support N network, right now your are only using G network - so if i were you, i would upgrade your network card (its a small card you can upgrade under the keyboard) with a better one.. I can depend on alot of things... 1. What kind of wireless card do you have 2. What kind of accesspoint do you connect to 3. Use network utility to see what speed you are connected to.. and post the results here...

Offcourse, it would be cool to add one more to EDP, so keep up the research.. if i were you, i would try the dsdt from xps model in EDP

www.coolbook.se is your friend .. cost 10$, but its worth every penny.. and use the powerpack from EDP.. might help a bit also...

Hey mate, Got the same problem here, try and use FN+F12. We have yet to find a solution to this one, the only thing i can think of is that its something related to power settings. Is there any D420 users that can confirm you have the same problem ?

can you try and switch around ... eg. try with AsereBLN and present dsdt ?

boot from the usb pen, and select the harddrive.. then when you come in, install boot loader to HD, install EDP 1.5rc5 and update via the menu.. and first THEN you can reboot..

No, it needs to go on the main partition.. i wonder.. if it can be a problem that you have made in on a powermac.. what OS is it running ?

Hey, The guide is working fine, it have worked fine for atleast 200 other people btw.. did you remember to create a new partition on the usb and set it as GUID instead of MBA ?

Just to verify if the usb pen is actually able to be booted from.. (yes, those really do exists) Take the pen, and use unetbootin (http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/) to put a linux livecd on it, and then try and boot he computer from.. Please test that and get back to this thread... ohh ya.. do have an external dvd drive ?

I think i might have mentioned it in another thread.. while its something we would love to sort out, its not that high a priot. compared to some of the other things we are dealing with.. however, feel free to help and research it

let me guess. .you had it in "screen expansion" and you changed it to "mirror" mode ?
