  1. start by the standard leppy install.. its fail safe in many cases... if that works.. great.. if not... move down to 10.5
  2. Hi, First of all, there is no purpose in sharing my /Extra folder, its directly from the EDP, no diffrences what so ever .. see for yourself... Extra.zip As for being able to boot from your HD - then the only thing that i can see is that the bootloader dosent get installed correctly.. Try some of the other bootloaders posted at the forum and see if that help you...

  4. Hi, Nope, all i can say is that the method documented on the wiki works for everybody else I have latitudes in my home (D430, D530 and a D820) .. all using the same method, same package, and it works like a charm. So i have to be something in your end...

    hmm.. i noticed that in bios for your model there is setting for configuring if you want the machine to be "quite" or have "performance" .. did you fiddle with that ?
  12. nope, mine dosent work if i boot with -f also.. but if i boot normal, it works to a certain extend.. EDIT: with the latest version the appleps2controller you should not need to boot with -f
  13. i use coolbook everyday, and yes.. i feel both a performance and cooling gain
  14. Is it the one in dsdt or where did you get it from ? (thinking in terms of seeding it thru EDP)
  15. Tested it out again, and here is my wishlist. 1. Remove the "drag on touchpad" 2. Support "disabling/enabling tapping" 3. Add right/bottom scroll and boom. .we have a perfect driver .. good work

  21. Nope, removed the kext since it overwrote it. I tried putting it in /s/l/e but then i can't boot at all... also tested on a another installation using ur latest bootloader+ur dsdt+ur smbios etc. etc.. same.. strange..
