Hmm, kext is not needed on my E7470 which is basically the same specs. You could try replacing your files in /EFI/Clover with my files here -

which config are you booting with? -
try this one, suppose to work for another member with the same system SSDT-I2CX.aml.zip
-
what do you mean "the same still exists"? Replace means replace yours with mine, no other copy.

Wifi DW1707 - See here, not recommended, limited support. Better option is DW1560 HDMI - should work OOB, post debug file with HDMI connected, F8 is a Windows function, won't work in OSX. VGA - not supported Brightness Control - See post install here as suggested in the linked guide
-
Great, thanks for confirming the fix continues to work with Mojave.
-
That is exactly what it is as already explained here Yes, I'm aware of how to generate SMBIOS. Try this config, I think Mojave require full path to the kext config.plist.zip
-
try this config.plist.zip
-
Edit your Config file with Xcode or Plist Editor If your Config is missing the SmBIOS, then there's something wrong with it. Attach it for review Add the above code to your Config using Xcode or plist Editor under Kexts to Patch OR user Clover Configurator to edit the Config see below

you're using SMBIOS MBP11,1, replace MBA5,2 with MBP11,1 <dict> <key>Comment</key> <string>DW1520 Whitelist Patch (MBP11,1)</string> <key>Find</key> <data> TWFjLTJFNkZBQjk2NTY2RkU1OEM= </data> <key>Name</key> <string>AirPortBrcm4360</string> <key>Replace</key> <data> TWFjLTE4OUEzRDRGOTc1RDVGRkM= </data> </dict>

remove IntelBacklight.kext and replace it with AppleBacklightFixup.kext with Karabiner-Element, you only use F11 and F12 for brightness control, not Fn+F11 or Fn+F12. -

Layout 28 is for Lenovo, try 11. What internal wifi does it have? If it's INTEL, it's not supported and will need to be replace with a supported device like DW1560 or DW1830. SD Card reader is not supported so far.. Brightness control, try Karabiner-Elements.app. Check out my E7x70 guide here for example -
Missing iOReg file, run this, save, compress and attach it
