  1. @krycho74 Try this, replace with the attached files. Make sure you have Lilu.kext, AppleALC.kext, VoodooI2C & VoodooI2CHID in /E/C/K/Other If audio still not work, try layoutid = 3, 13 or 77, under Devices Properties 7520.zip
  2. Boot to Clover, press F4 or Fn+F4. Compress and attach Clover folder here for review and patching. Please also list the system's full specs. Add to signature preferably
  3. @aufannada I thought I tried my own suggestion and got it to work. It take 4-5 seconds to connect to HDMI, but at least now the internal screen stayed on. Give this a tried if you like, goes into clover kext folder For E7470 with 1920x1080 resolution. Might not work for system with lower resolution. Display-9e5-653.kext.zip
  4. @tweeteee You can't obtain QE/CI if you have fakeID set to 0x12345678 for IntelGFX Remove it
  5. You should be able to get USB capability back by booting to Clover Options. Go down and change SMBIOS to MacBookPro8,2. No need to change anything else. Once you're booted into OSX, you can then switch the USB_Injector with Hervé version. Reboot normally now that you have MacBookPro8,1 already set.
  6. Replace this into /EFI/Clover and try again. Set BIOS with the following settings: Set to "Load Default", Apply, then set the following: TPM = Disabled Secure Boot = Disabled UEFI = Enabled SATA Operation = AHCI Wake on Lan /WLan = Disabled Enable Legacy Option ROMs = Disabled Don't use Clover 4988, I have the same boot failure. Use and older version.
  7. When you switch SMBIOS to MBP8,1, the USB_Injector.kext stopped working because it's hardcoded to MBP8,2. If you're going to use MBP8,1 as suggested by Hervé, then you should use his files. His USB_Injector is hardcoded for MBP8,1.
  8. You could try the one Hervé has on his E6230 guide. Seems he doesn't have any issue with slowly whatsoever.
  9. Any issue with HDMI video? Upon boot and plug in an HDMI or DP external monitor, does the internal display go blank?
  10. NOTE: Workaround is only needed on clean boot, no issue if system has gone through a sleep/wake cycle If you read the note, just place system to sleep once after boot and you won't have an issue until the next reboot. If there's a fix, let me know. I have not pursue it further since it's not a big deal for me.
  11. Without knowing what you have, I can only give you suggestion. Download and install Lilu.kext & AppleALC.kext to /EFI/Clover/kexts/Other Open your Config.plist with Clover Configurator. Under Devices/ Audio Inject, enter in 15 Under ACPI/Fixes, enable FixMutex If you have VoodooHDA.kext or patched DSDT with different layoutid set, this might prevent the above suggestion to work properly. Best to post a debug file so I could review what you have and then give you the best solution.
  12. Do you have a working Z51-70 running OSX currently? You only need to get audio to work correct? Or you need the whole process on Hackintoshing this system?
  13. @minazaki7 Try Lilu.kext & AppleALC.kext with layoutid= 15
  14. Boot with the -igfxvesa arg until installation is completed Open terminal and run the following commands: sudo chmod -Rf 755 /L*/E* sudo chown -Rf 0:0 /L*/E* sudo touch -f /L*/E* sudo chmod -Rf 755 /S*/L*/E* sudo chown -Rf 0:0 /S*/L*/E* sudo touch -f /S*/L*/E* sudo kextcache -Boot -U / Reboot normally Don't forget the post installation steps
  15. There graphics is not loading because you didn't set the DVMT, but that's okay, I have the patches in place. Only problem is it won't work during installation because the graphics kext needs to be cache. So to get the installation going, you need to boot with no graphics support by adding boot arg -igfxvesa So when you boot to Clover, press the letter O. This will bring you to Options. Go down to the boot arg line and add -igfxvesa Now go back to the main menu by hitting the escape key or click on return Continue booting to the installer
  16. NO longer need to modify DVMT but you do need to set BIOS according to the guide. UEFI/AHCI/Secure boot off (most important) The patch if for NVMe drives mentioned, you SSD is not an NVMe, so you could ignore it.
  17. Sorry, I was not clear. I just updated the guide. The copying of the kexts in CopyToLE is a post installation step. Don't merge the bootpack files, but replace it into /EFI/Clover
  18. It's as vanilla as it can be for a Hackintosh.
  19. Follow my E7450 guide and use files in the link BIOS should be set to load Defaults, apply and then go set it to UEFI AHCI Legacy Option ROMs enabled Secure Boot disabled Disable wake on USB/WLAN/LAN
  20. @TheSparctan Looks like you're using TonyMax installer and trying to install HS 10.13.3. We don't support any installer other than the vanilla. I invite you to try my guide here. Bootpack is for Mojave and below.
  21. Replace your PS2 Controller kext with this one

    Dell e7470

Look for yourself https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/88190/intel-core-i5-6300u-processor-3m-cache-up-to-3-00-ghz.html Battery time indicator has been remove from MacOS since Sierra 10.12.2. You could still check it from Energy tab in Activity Monitor or look for 3rd party app like CoconutBattery.app. Your internal speaker should work, when you plug in the headphone it should automatically switch over. Have you tested it before asking?
  23. Are you able to boot with this updated files? HDMI / DP audio working? If yes, just update the files to the first post
