  1. This is what I'm currently using on my E6420. PhotoBooth, HDMI video+Audio are working. Don't know protector suite, is that for the figure sensor? My system don't have that and I'm able to find a working app for it on the models that does have it. What version of voodooSDHCI do you have? npjohnson.zip By the way, what's the resolution of your display? If it's greater than 1366x768, don't use my DSDT. I'll upload an different if that's the case.
  2. At most you could get is CI (Core Image). Follow instruction and download bootpack here. Just replace files in the Extension folder that you don't have. Run myfix (quick) and reboot.
  3. Tried the no log version, no difference, so installed debug version for logs Still no trackstick scrolling Can't click and drag with trackstick After scrolling with touchpad and stop with finger still on the touchpad, the page will shake slightly Added the log so you could see if this could be fix. This is for the E6420 system.log.zip For the E6530, the debug version works, no more crashing. Z value is not set, had to use more pressure to move cursor with touchpad Trackstick not working, can't click and drag Weird, the page don't shake like it does with E6420 after scrolling and still have finger on touchpad but the cursor does shake when just moving cursor around and still have finger on touchpad, but not all the time. I think it's because it sensed second finger hovering above E6530 log E6530_system.log.zip
  4. Good work yeahoon. But unfortunately it crashes my system. Just tested on an E6530 with id E7=0x73 0x03 0x0a. Anyway to fix this? Will try other models and see if this supports it besides the E6410. Update: Tested on E6420 with id E7=0x73 0x02 0x64, EC=0x88 0x07 0x9d The Z value definitely is set at the right sensitivity, no need to set it manually anymore. Also the trackstick don’t jump to the right anymore when finger is lifted. Good update to those features, but trackstick still need some work. Still can’t scroll with the middle mouse (trackstick), can’t click and drag and movement is a bit slow.
  5. Bronxteck found a solution to get USB3 loaded. You need to get a patched DSDT. Just extract a clean DSDT from Chameleon. Search for "Windows 2009" and change it to "Darwin". Added the DSDT to Extra and reboot. Bam! USB3 enabled. Of course you'll need to add GenericUSBXHCI.kext too.
  6. Follow this thread and this. Are you able to make the USB Installer following the myHack method?
  7. Will you be able to add scrolling with the trackstick (nub in the middle of the keyboard). I know it works on synaptics.
  8. We don't support distro here. Please purchase a legit copy and build the installer with myHack method.
  9. Set the BIOS to default, and then go back and set Sata Operation to AHCI.
  10. Even if you have the custom_kernel in the bootpack, you still need to copy it to the HD as well. From terminal, run cp /Volumes/Your_myHack_Installer/custom_kernel /Volumes/Your_Mavericks_OSX
  11. Did you replace the kernel for a custom_kernel as you did on the ML installer previously?
  12. They are the same thing basically. I have it on the same device. Here's mine. Scope (_SB.PCI0) { Device (VID) { Name (_ADR, 0x00020000) Method (_DSM, 4, NotSerialized) { Store (Package (0x0A) { "AAPL00,DualLink", Buffer (0x04) { 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00 }, "device-id", Buffer (0x04) { 0x26, 0x01, 0x00, 0x00 }, "model", Buffer (0x18) { "Intel HD Graphics 3000" }, "AAPL,snb-platform-id", Buffer (0x04) { 0x00, 0x00, 0x01, 0x00 }, "hda-gfx", Buffer (0x0A) { "onboard-1" } }, Local0) DTGP (Arg0, Arg1, Arg2, Arg3, RefOf (Local0)) Return (Local0) }
  13. Are you trying to enable HDMI Video or Audio? For Video, the link I provided above is to patch AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB. DSDT edit to enable HDMI Audio. Please attach your DSDT file here.
  14. No, sleep is not working on the nvidia discrete card as stated many times. For brightness, use Pause(fn+Insert) and scrollLock(Fn+F3). I don't use quicktime, but VLC works perfectly for me. You could try that. Same boot pack will work on Mavericks as well.
  15. Did you mean cuppscakes https://osxlatitude.com/index.php?/topic/2815-e6430-cant-boot-usb/? She does indeed have almost the same config as yours except she doesn't have discrete Nvidia card on her system. Have you look here in our compatibility list?
  16. I recently gotten a Dell E7240 with Haswell processor i5-4300u. For me to get full graphics, I have IntelAzulFB=12 and GraphicsEnabler=Yes. Also to get webcam detected, I need to boot without boot cache (-f switch).
  17. Yes, the merge is the latest version. Try using 1 finger scrolling on the right edge or change the Z value.
  18. Check out my guide here with included boot pack. If you include your full specs, we could assist you further. Check my signature for Mavericks boot pack.
  19. It'll be easier if you scroll with just 1 finger on the right edge.
  20. You should use this guide and boot pack instead, but keep the SSDT file for your processor.
  21. Ok, try this guide with boot pack. It's for an E6520 but with the same specs beside the bigger screen and number pad.
  22. You need to replace your wireless card if it's an intel.
  23. No, leave them all there. The files in EE are patched versions on SLE and will be loaded first. I noticed that you have both ApplePS2Controller and VoodooPS2Controller. You need to remove ApplePS2Controller if you want to use the scroll in the touchpad. Try to run a myfix (full) this time.
  24. Latest version is 1.32 or you could try AppleACPIBatteryManager.
  25. You have AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement, you could remove NullCPUPowerManagement. Also remove IOUSBFamily.kext & IOUSBMassStorageClass.kext, these are USB2 rollback. Don't need them since you have the GenericUSBXHCI for USB3. Run my fix (quick) and reboot. If it still doesn't show the battery status, try booting with the -f switch.
