It happends because OSX does a cold/hard reboot and not just a warm boot.. hence, bios is running a full check on the system.. i havent been able to narrow down why excally it is like that..
1. remove the /Extra first
2. Move the Extra.zip to /
3. Double click on the Extra.zip to extract it
and then do this
sudo su
chmod -R 777 /Extra
cd /Extra
./edptool.command
ahh .. like that.. then i would suggest teamviewer.. however.. i will have a look at your extra.zip when i find some free time .. maybe some of the stuff can be added to EDP.
few questions:
1. What EDP are you using now ?
2. What bootloader are you using ?
3. What version of OSX ?

Feb 9 21:50:10 localhost kernel[0]: ApplePS2Trackpad: ALPS GlidePoint v72.99
Tested it again, it works good.. but how can i disable "selecting" via the trackpad ?
EDIT: scroll is a bit sensetive.. anyway to ajust that ?
Guess it should go in /s/l/e ... saw alot warnings when i added it to /e/e
Since i dont have a pc card that works under osx, is there anyway i can see if its working or not ?
