you can make a usb installer the apple way https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201372then install clover or transfer your working efi to it.

ok i guess then remove optiofix and replace it with optiofix2 do not leave both in there.

like i said i do not know if the hardware is compatible with OSX or not. maybe you can check in system info if it shows up on your USB bus then maybe it will show your hardware id for it. then you would have to see if those id's are compatible. if you do not see it on your USB bus then you would have to sort that issue out first to see if it works or not. there where changes in USB detection on elcapitain. search the forums to see if someone else already has encountered the issues on your model pc and found a solution.

well you can try make a basic installer with creatmediainstaller https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201372 then modify that and moving the necessary files/ folders to there respective locations for hack booting.

did it give any info? if not boot with -v verbose and post a picture where it hangs.

at clover prompt hit the space bar and boot without caches.

for FaceTime / iMessage you can try this guide. we have no affiliation with them but maybe it works for you. as for the web cam it can be hardware or usb related.

yeah the my hack app itself will not work but I think the terminal commands still do. like myfix /q /t /. and yes my hack's version of chameleon would also be outdated for the newer os's. also the older chameleon could not update directly from the App Store app. you had to make a new installer usb. now enoch branch might allow updating directly but I myself have not tried it. I use clover, clover will update from the app store directly.

optiofix is a EFI driver that your machine needs for clover to load. why it broke can be because of changes made in clover revision updates or the os. it can also be caused by a corrupted EFI volume mount. I have had some luck using hirens boot cd and selecting tinyxp. it usually mounts efi volume in explorer. but I have had cases where it does not detect the hard drive controller of the machine in that case then it is useless since it can't see the HDD it won't mount EFI on another note in command prompt on windows right click and use with admin privy try typing in mountvol x: /S it might mount your EFI as drive X hopefully giving you access to it. if it mounts as x then in terminal you can try start x:

hmm maybe try putting the full path to the os kernel location into boot plist or drop the kernel into root of your installer. I have not used chameleon in a long while maybe you should try with latest Enoch version.

rerun sudo kextcache —Boot -U / until it does not have the "not cached" error.

try adding nullcpu.kext at least till you sort it out further down the road with proper c & p power states and smbios.

well it does show aapl,panic-info in there so it is being saved to nvram try sudo nvram -d "aapl,panic-info"

so there is no bios options to turn on or off devices?

in terminal type in nvram -p and check the output if it says "apple panic info" if it does you need to clear nvram with the command sudo nvram -c

if you have issues of conflict with the new "kexts to patch" and your existing os use MatchOS key when you add the new patches to your config you can put 10.12.x for sierra. use clover configurator app it makes it simpler
