I have a similar card as yours, but even after taping out pin 20 & 51, I can only work the wifi, no bluetooth. would you be kind enough to upload your edited (with the vendor and product id) BTfirmwareuploader kext along with your bluetooth kext for mavericks. I would like to give them a try. 

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

I just use BCM943225HMB on my Dell, I got issue with bluetooth light that the light flicker forever when bluetooth mouse connected. if I turn off mouse, it turn back to normal. could you please help me resolve it. Thank you!

i think it is just letting you know it is paired, if it is working correctly for you otherwise

Yes, it's working correctly. however when I use Atheros card (DW1702 and some others) the Bluetooth light does not flicker. anyway thank you for reply.

Hi Emily, your kext works fine with my HP Broadcom 20702A3, thank you, but are there any improvements using this instead of stock kexts?

 

Also, the bluetooth does not work after sleep. Here is booot log at startup:
