can you post your Clover folder for review? I usually formatted it to GUID/ Journal Extended. The installation will automatically convert it to APFS or if you want to keep it at HFS+, you can do so by issuing the command in my HS guide.

You should see a new option after the 1st reboot, select that. Boot install MacOS from <drive name>. Continue doing that until the option is gone

No, with the DSDT configuration, it's BIOS dependent and may cause issue if you upgrade or downgrade your BIOS. With the new files, it's not since it's hot patched. Thanks for confirming the new files.
