The files you're using seems to be from my Broadwell system E7450. You should use the E7470 file for Skylake.

Try adding this to FakeID Wifi 0x43A014E4 in the Config file under Devices
Add these kexts to Clover kext folder
Lilu + AirportBrcmFixup.kext
FakePCIID.kext + FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext

As for the Kernel Panic, does the system actually crashed and you get that on reboot or message just appear even without crash?
Try doing disk repair, remove any incompatible apps and / or drivers.
RTC patch should already be enabled , but yes, it's under Kernel and Kext Patches. For me I was on BIOS A13, that version seems to be able to keep the settings. I have not test this for years, so don't quote me on it.
Ok, looks like Alps IC2 touchpad is not fully supported, just emulated as a regular mouse with simple 2 fingers scrolling and some other simple features.
Will have to wait for the developer to update his kexts if ever...could be awhile, he's a busy guy.
