Are the USB ports working before installing GenericUSBXHCI?

Using UEFI for this model has not work for me even after formatting to Fat16. It just hang when I select Bootx64.efi from the BIOS. So I stick with Legacy. Installing Clover with the following setting works. For Exx20 (SandyBridge models), use Legacy - GUID Scheme. Not UEFI Install Clover in the ESP Bootloader/Install boot0af in MBR CloverEFI/CloverEFI 64-bits SATA By the way Enoch is a different branch of Chameleon.

No audio? Did you install AppleHDA_IDT.kext ?

Are you using the Config file and DSDT from the link provided? The Config has 2 additional patches to rename EHC1 ->EH01 and EHC2->EH02 Together with the USBinjector, it should work.

The boot screen is not an issue, it's just the theme osxlatitude doesn't exist in your theme folder so it uses a random theme. The webcam is an USB issue. Try these files. Includes 2 DSDT to try. Rename to DSDT each time. USBfix.zip

it's hibernatemode not hybernatemode. DW1510 doesn't have Bluetooth, but DW1550 does. Realtek SD card reader has no known working support as of yet.

Without knowing what devices you have, it's hard to say. But most Dell comes with Intel Wireless, that's not supported for sure. Just need to get it replace. See here for a list of cards.

You could create a bootable Dos disk or a WinPE and run the bios update from there.

Could be a USB issue or installer is corrupted. Try recreating.

For the Nvidia card, the BIOS version is not critical. Only with HD4000 that you need to keep it at A12 or below. Make sure to disable (uncheck) Optimus for your setup.

Just its content Download EFI_Clover -> rename it to EFI Download E6220, copy the content and place it in /EFI/Clover So now ACPI/Kexts and Config.plist is inside /EFI/Clover

Ok, then it's confirmed. With that resolution you need to use E6220 bootpack, but make sure you follow the bootpack instruction guide correctly Note: Bootpack (EFI) consists of combining the Generic EFI_Clover + the model you're downloading!!!

Check if you have an Optimus option under Video.

With that bootpack, it's for Nvidia NVS5200m only. You need to disable Optimus in the BIOS.

Are you sure about HD3000 and not nvs4200m with Optimus?

So the SD Card Reader is working? Is the Display showing up as HD 4400 now or still HD 4600? Sleep working? Sleep with LID Close? Wake with LID open?

It makes no difference because you still have 0x0a260006 patched in the DSDT. Remove that and you should be able to see some changes with the Config.

So if you put them all back, it'll work? If that's the case, it could be you're using the wrong ig-platform-id. Launch this and select save. Compress and upload it when you have a good working video/audio adding the working patch.

Ok, perhaps the version of Clover you have is not reading the specific switch (flag) and enable it anyway. Now you need to determine which one actually enables your HDMI. Try adding 1 at a time.
