Here. I removed all the HDMI-audio patches you added. Let's see if HDMI audio still works. rename it to Config.plist config-fix.plist.zip

You see the 'Disabled' instead of 'Enabled'. That means HDMI audio is not configure. So I'm confuse that it works. Those 2 kexts are for HD4400 graphics, not related for HDMI audio.
  3. Did you install AppleHDA_ALC236.kext to /S/L/E or /L/E and then fix permission and rebuild cache?

Are you sure that the config above works? Do you have a patched kext for HDMI video? I looked at your new config. You removed the patched I added and replaced with multiple HDMI-audio patches but they are all disabled.
  5. DW1390 should work OOB, if you want something faster, try DW1550, but will require kexts and some patching. Here use this Replace the file and folders to your current Clover folder. Your IOReg and screenshot didn't show it has a SD card reader though.

Try this Use port 0204 config.plist.zip
  7. The USBInjector I linked in post #4 should work, you just need to keep smbios to MBP8,2.
  8. Your config is fine. Here's you DSDT patched to layout 1 DSDT.aml.zip

    Try this config.plist.zip
  12. Why use Optiplex 9010 bootpack? That's for a desktop. Why not just use the E6220 bootpack in post#2?

Must be an El Capitan USB issue. Try this for HDMI audio. Added a new patch config.plist.zip
  14. Which guide did you follow this time?
  15. Please specify system's spec HD4000 or HD4000 and Nvs5200m Display resolution? Which guide and bootpack did you use? Use USB port on the rear left.

HDMI audio option only appears when you have an HDMI display connected. Is there a reason why you're using MacPro3.1 smbios on a laptop?
  17. it's either in EFI/Clover/Kexts/10.11 or Other or in /System/Library/Extensions or /Library/Extensions You could do a search by PS2Controller
  18. Make sure you don't have more than 1 mouse kext. ie ApplePS2Controller and VoodooPS2Controller
  19. Upload your EFI folder. Make sure KernelPM is enabled in the Config.plist
  20. Here you go, patched by Joe82, please try and report Need DSDT patched for HDEF to layoutid=1 Install to /S/L/E or /L/E, repair permission and rebuild cache Remove voodoohda and applehdadisabler if you have them and restore vanilla AppleHDA if you removed it Add the following to kexttoPatch Update: AppleHDA_ALC236.kext.zip

Try this. Added new kexts CodecCommander = restore audio after sleep fakepci_intel_hdmi_audio = add HDMI audio alc663.zip
  22. Enable Inject Intel under graphics in Config.plist

Ok, try this. Remove VoodooHDA and AppleHDADisabler if you have them installed. Make sure you have the vanilla AppleHDA in /S/L/E, restore it if you have removed it. Install this dummy kext AppleHDA_ALC663 to /S/L/E or /L/E and repair the permission and rebuild cache. Replace your Config with the attached. It's been added with patches on-the-fly for the AppleHDA. DSDT has been change from layout 28 to 3. I've included 2 versions, replace with v2 if the first doesn't work. Both patches are from Mirone's collection. Try this for bluetooth ALC663.zip IOBluetoothFamily.kext.zip
  24. If you followed that guide, then you're using Clover loader. No need to post your bootpack if you're using the same from that guide. Otherwise, if you use your own tweaked, then compress your Clover folder and upload it here using the 'More Reply Options' option on the lower right next to the Post tab.
