try enabling graphics enabler. do at chameleon prompt GraphicsEnabler=yes

have you made sure it's seated correctly in the socket and turned on in bios and switch if applicable?

did it work in osx before, or is it known to work with osx? i have no clue about wifi...

whats the issue exactly... did you try checking to see if it shows in networking.

no no don't get me wrong i just remember there was a bug during the DP days of lion with what i think was french and russian install of osx it would get to a certain part i think it was the create user part then freeze. but a clone of a mac should work fine seeming as you have one.

try running sleep fix in edp or do a sudo pmset hibernatemode 0 in terminal

make sure it active in bios also on the wifi switch if you have that set in bios... if not try reseating the card in the pci slot

i think there was a regional install issue on 10.7.0 with lion but i don't find it at the apple site now

no but i believe the mac's trackpad is on a usb bus if that helps you any. and the latitude fingerprint reader might also be on a usb bus..

try repairing disk permissions with disk utility

download the update from apple 10.6.8 combo on another machine and put it on the usb as well. once you boot into os then you can run the update pkg and don't let it reboot run the edp 1.9.2 after that repair disk permissions with disk utility then reboot.

just use my hack method with lion and do a clean install, are you looking to do an upgrade instead?

the second battery might not be defined in the dsdt. so it has no clue what to do with it. neither do i... lol

it should work but you also have to swap the screen cable ribbon and use the high res dsdt.... and make sure that org.chameleon.Boot.plist also has the high res set. Graphics Mode 1440x900x32 they swap the screens all the time.

look in the bios and check your resolution you might have a resolution issue... you can also try GraphicsEnabler=Yes at chame boot prompt

rebuild edp for your model again.... also repair disk permissions sounds like a cache issue.

champlist and chameleon wizard apps will generate random serial numbers if needed specific to a model if you wish
