  2. well edp should generate extra for you... if you installed the pkg then ran edptool.command inside extra and build for your model.
  3. as for the nagging Bluetooth shut off the feature in the blue tooth prefpane.
  4. unzip and rename to dsdt.aml and test.... i made the above corrections let us know if it works for you. D830nvidia_dsdt.aml.zip
  5. check what networking kexts you have on the larger drive in extra hopefully the working file is there
  6. acpi and dsdt go hand in hand... this explains what all the stuff in the dsdt does... and how it's used and implemented
  7. hit the space bar while chameleon is loading it should pause and you will see on the bottom right the curser blinking... then -x -v

  9. ok... try -v -x then fix disk permissions with diskutility if it boots, then rebuild your caches

  11. that can be an irq issue in your hardware or dsdt maybe... try turning off all legacy hardware you dont use in bios like serial/paralel/modem/firewire/pcmcia/ anything like that maybe even bluetooth if so equipped.

  13. how or what are you using to load/ install the kext?

  18. nope intel still not working... probably never will either. they stopped development on a full driver
  19. hmm not sure but here's a list of supported wwan maybe verizon has support?
  20. after you log on during a blackscreen and you see hdd stabalize try closing the lid and see if the powerlight starts to pulsate... after about 4 pulses open the lid and see if it has video...
  21. to view hidden files you have to open terminal applications utilities terminal and type defaults write com.apple.Finder AppleShowAllFiles YES then hit enter after that go to the apple on top left corner click on force quit then finder.... it will reboot all your open finder windows. then you will be able to see it.... to turn the feature off type NO at the end instead of YES and again reset finder like explained above....
