You can download the package off the AppStore. Can be done from a VM. Once you have it, there are tutos to create a USB installer from a VM or from Windows. You can Google for it.

I borrowed a macbook from my friend,download the package and made a use installer through terminal.  

 

The version is high sierra 10.13.3.

I checked the verbose and safe mode options then boot with selected options.

It turned out to be:

does printf work??

 

Thanks for you patient, I won't give up easilly.

I use createinstallmedia to make a bootable usb.

Then I copy EFI directory to the EFI partition.

But when I entered clover after booting from usb, there is no option like 'install mac'.

Why?

 

PS: I make the bootable usb in a vm.
