  1. remove AppleIntelKBLGraphicsFramebufferInjector_3e9x.kext, FakePCIID_Intel_HD_Graphics.kext, FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext from /..10.14
  2. add this to /E/C/A/Patched Need to disable the Nvidia as it's not supported SSDT-Disable-DGPU.aml.zip
  3. try booting with boot arg until completion -igfxvesa Looks like the old patch is not working in Catalina, try this one, added new patch config-LiteOn.plist.zip
  4. Your LiteOn NMVe drive might be causing issue. Try this Config, added a patch for the bit swap block size config.plist.zip
  5. Is there an option in the BIOS to raise the DVMT to 128MB? try this config config-upload.plist.zip
  6. Check your BIOS. Make sure it's set to: UEFI enabled Legacy Option ROMs enabled AHCI enabled Does your system also have an Nvidia graphics card? or just HD 5500?
  7. What do you mean by "empty bar"? Post screenshot while booting with verbose mode. EFI looks fine but maybe need updating Lilu.kext + Whatevergreen.kext + AppleALC.kext to the latest.
  8. Remove the following. Not from my guide /E/C/drivers/UEFI OcQuirks.efi OcQuirks.plist OsxAptioFix3Drv.efi SMCHelper.efi VBoxHfs.efi FwRuntimeServices.efi Remove FakeSMC from /E/C/kexts/Other
  9. Follow my vanilla Clover guide for Catalina here, including BIOS settings Use bootpack from here, goes into /EFI/Clover after you installed Clover Update Lilu.kext + Whatevergreen.kext, VirtualSMC.kext, SMCBatteryManager.kext, AirportBrcmFixup.kext, USBInjectAll.kext Remove AppleBacklightFixup.kext
  10. try this, add the attach to Patches replacing one of the file CoffeeLake_I2C.zip
  11. I have never tried it, but give it a try to see if it works better.
  12. I see the problem. Restore the 2 kexts above. Replace the Config and SSDT with the attached. 3400_I2C.zip
  13. Remove VoodooI2CSynaptics.kext and add VoodooI2CHID.kext. You might need to reboot a few times before it'll work. If that still doesn't work, you could remove VoodooI2C and VoodooI2CHID and SSDT-I2C.aml and just use PS2 kext.
  14. Are you using VoodooPS2Controller from Rehabman or Dr. Hurt? Your system has an Alps touchpad so obviously you'll need Dr. Hurt's version. Unfortunately support for Alps version higher than v5 is not very good.
  15. Try using an external USB mouse to complete the installation We can figure out the mouse issue later
  16. Move CodecCommander.kext to /L/E Repair permissions and rebuild cache
  17. ALC Fixup is for enabling audio after wake from sleep. It won't fix the headphone if it's not working to begin with. You could try switching layout-id from 12 to 18 or 55 in your Config file. No guarantee.
  18. You must be using this bootpack YOu don't need that boot arg. Remove it and it'll still work.
  19. Hmm, raw IOReg files is hard too read. Run this with HDMI connected, save, compress and attach the file
  20. kext should already be included: Lilu.kext & AirportBrcmFixup.kext Make sure it's enabled in the BIOS
  21. @CheBoludos post debug file with HDMI monitor connected
  22. Try these 2 SSDT, replacing the other SSDT-BRT6. The added SSDT-ALC256 might fix the headphone issue. If not, you could try different layout-id 13, 14, 21, 56 3490.zip
  23. @chaiyong I have an Optiplex 7040 MT, you could try my bootpack. Follow my Clover guide here for Catalina Use the attached bootpack, goes into /EFI/Clover replace the files after you have installed Clover. Files is the latest so no need to update any kexts. Must be using DP port, HDMI might work, but definitely not VGA. If you can't boot to installer, then try adding boot arg, no need to use shell command to set DVMT. -igfxvesa Once installed, you can boot normally without that arg. Note: Sleep works but won't wake. It stays in black screen until your hard reboot. Workaround is to add an external supported graphics card. Optiplex7040MT.zip
