What do you mean by "empty bar"? Post screenshot while booting with verbose mode. EFI looks fine but maybe need updating Lilu.kext + Whatevergreen.kext + AppleALC.kext to the latest. -

Remove VoodooI2CSynaptics.kext and add VoodooI2CHID.kext. You might need to reboot a few times before it'll work. If that still doesn't work, you could remove VoodooI2C and VoodooI2CHID and SSDT-I2C.aml and just use PS2 kext. -

Try this config config.plist.zip -
Are you using VoodooPS2Controller from Rehabman or Dr. Hurt? Your system has an Alps touchpad so obviously you'll need Dr. Hurt's version. Unfortunately support for Alps version higher than v5 is not very good.

Try using an external USB mouse to complete the installation We can figure out the mouse issue later

ALC Fixup is for enabling audio after wake from sleep. It won't fix the headphone if it's not working to begin with. You could try switching layout-id from 12 to 18 or 55 in your Config file. No guarantee. -

Try these 2 SSDT, replacing the other SSDT-BRT6. The added SSDT-ALC256 might fix the headphone issue. If not, you could try different layout-id 13, 14, 21, 56 3490.zip

@chaiyong I have an Optiplex 7040 MT, you could try my bootpack. Follow my Clover guide here for Catalina Use the attached bootpack, goes into /EFI/Clover replace the files after you have installed Clover. Files is the latest so no need to update any kexts. Must be using DP port, HDMI might work, but definitely not VGA. If you can't boot to installer, then try adding boot arg, no need to use shell command to set DVMT. -igfxvesa Once installed, you can boot normally without that arg. Note: Sleep works but won't wake. It stays in black screen until your hard reboot. Workaround is to add an external supported graphics card. Optiplex7040MT.zip
