Make sure you set in the BIOS the following: UEFI and AHCI Replace Config with this, added the patch for the wifi device. If it doesn't work, you'll have to disable the wifi in the BIOS until it's finished installation. config.plist.zip

Yes, any Distro is a bad idea unless you really know what you're doing. What issue are you encountering? Boot with verbose + debug 0x100 mode by pressing the spacebar at the Clover gui This might give you some hint as to why it's not booting.

Issue also occurs if you're using a static DSDT from another system with different BIOS version or hardware difference like touchscreen vs non-touchscreen. Post a debug file

You'll need to adjust the connectors. For example, BCM207A0..should be internal, Webcam should be internal.

Known bug, error will occur every time you reopen a *.aml file. Just apply this patch. Best practice is to decompile the file to *.dsl. Apply the above patch, add whatever patch(es) you like to it. Save the *.dsl for future patches you might want to add or remove. Compile the file to *.aml when you want to test it. Go back to the *.dsl and make other changes not the *.aml file. With that said, why not just use my bootpack for E7450 (similar system but bigger) that uses hotpatches. No need for static DSDT.The SD Card read can be patch in the Config file found in my E7450 guide
