  1. Try going into the BIOS, add a new Boot Option Point to /EFI/Clover/Cloverx64.efi Give it whatever name you like Move the boot option to the top reboot
  2. If you indeed is using the version linked you should see the HFSPlus is included with that version. Try this Config config.plist.zip
  3. Just to be clear, you are installing Catalina with the files from here? Reinstall Clover with the following setting using this Clover version Install for UEFI booting only Install Clover in the ESP UEFI Drivers\Recommended Drivers ApfsDriverLoader AptioMemoryFix AudioDxe DataHubDxe FSInject HFSPlus SMCHelper (leave off if you have VirtualSMC.kext in bootpack) Additional drivers PartitionDxe Themes (Optional)
  4. There you go, not supported! See here for list of supported devices...you'll need an M.2 card. Atheros are no longer supported, stay away from them. I have personally tested DW1560, DW1830 and DW1820a. All working for wifi and BT.
  5. Probably graphics issue. Boot with the following arg -igfxvesa
  6. VoodooPS2Controller from Rehabman is for Synaptics Touchpad VoodooPS2Controller from Dr. Hurt is for Alps which is what you have on the E5470, but currently there's no known support for Alps v7 or v8. Replace it with ApplePS2Controller from my E7x70 guide. With this kext, you won't see it under Preference but it'll work just fine exception the annoyance of the cap lock. Tab CapLock once to enable, 3 times to disable. YOu should have functions with this kexts: 2 fingers scrolling 2 fingers right click tab to drag (double single tab and then drag, release to let go) regular movement
  7. You didn't mention what wifi/BT device you have so can't tell you what the fix is. Make sure to repair permission and rebuild cache after placing CodecCommander in /L/E. As for the caps Lock, replace your VoodooPS2Controller with Rehabman's...should be version 1.9.2
  8. See if you have disabled it somehow because the IOReg file shows it's properly loaded.
  9. your synaptics touchpad should work with the included kext. maybe try copying it to /L/E and cache it VoodooPS2Controller.kext
  10. Hmm, this is a different boot pack than your 1st post. Replace with this Config, added I2C patches. You have 2 Ethernet kexts: IntelMausiEthernet.kext & RealtekRTL8111.kext You need to determine if it has Intel or Realtek, then get rid of the other. NoTouchID.kext is not needed since MBP13,1 does not have a Touch Bar. FakePCIID.kext is not needed, no other FakePCIID dependent kext around config.plist.zip
  11. Don't know who's bootpack or where you got it from but it's missing all the SSDT-xx in the Patched folder. Config file is missing the I2C touchpad patches. YOur SMBIOS is for Skylake, I believe this model is Kabylake but yours might be Skylake. Kexts are outdated and some are obsolete.
  12. The USB port limited has been enabled in the files I posted so you shouldn't be receiving the "NO ENTRY SIGN". Make sure your BIOS is setup correctly. LOAD DEFAULT, APPLY THEN GO BACK AND SET TO UEFI enabled AHCI enabled SECURE BOOT disable
  13. Maybe you didn't look hard enough. The following will work on E7240 as well. Clover guide Bootpack
  14. Since you have the system installed, post a debug report
  15. remove SSDT-Disable-DGPU from /E/C/A/Patched folder Try different USB ports
  16. Really? Both SSDT-BRT6.aml worked? Interesting. Stick with the 2nd I suppose.
  17. Just as I suspected. ApplePS2Controller is still running. You can see it in the IOReg file and kextstat_all_log.txt Instead of renaming it .bak, place the kext in another folder call OFF if you want to load it later.
  18. Try this, replace contents into /EFI/Clove Inspiron 3558 Catalina.zip
  19. Does your system had the Nvidia graphics card too? Check BIOS if you don't know
  20. Which MacOS are you installing? If Catalina, you need the requirement found here Also the static DSDT/SSDT patches are for BIOS version A10, so you might have to use the same version. Kexts from that Final version packages are outdated as well, so you'll update them as well as installing the latest Clover if you're not already.
  21. Make sure you don't have ApplePS2Controller anywhere else post new debug file or easiest way is just use Karabiner-Elements app. see here for example https://osxlatitude.com/forums/topic/9179-dell-latitude-e7x70-clover-uefi-only/?do=findComment&comment=64816
