  1. You have ALC255 and currently using layout-id 13. Try 17 and then 3 to see which one works better. If non works then you'll have to find some expert to help you patch it.
  2. As far as I know, that USB2.0-CRW with ProductID 0x129 and vendorID 0xbda is not supported.
  3. Card: DW1820A, #0VW3T3, 1028:0021 Hackintosh: Latitude E7450 / E7270 / E7470 macOS versions: Catalina Ok Patch: "compatible pci14e4,4353" + "pci-aspm-default = 0" property injection in Clover Kexts: None Boot parameter: None Tricks: None
  4. from the new debug file, it looks like the discrete graphics is now disabled which should extend battery life brightness looks good too, so can't under why the controller is not working properly. Try switching Voodoops2Controller kext with this
  5. Check if you have installed them in /L/E or /S/L/E also
  6. boot to clover. press F4, this will extract DSDT/SSDT to /E/C/A/Origin Boot to MacOS, compress and attach the Clover folder here What is the audio codec on this system? For the Fn keys, try using Karabiner-Elements app to remap the keys
  7. post your clover folder. strange that the primary shows as built-in display
  8. Add USBInjectAll.kext & IntelMausiEthernet.kext to /EFI/Clover/kexts/Other
  9. Remove every kexts you have in /L/E found in the kextcache_log.txt Remove VoodooPS2Controller and replace with ApplePS2Controller found in my E7470 bootpack https://osxlatitude.com/forums/topic/9179-dell-latitude-e7x70-clover-uefi-only/?do=findComment&comment=95548
  10. Ethernet should work with the Installer but not wifi since the 2 kexts above need to be replaced to work.
  11. Hmm, from the EFI files, I'll assume you are referring to E7440 that you have another thread opened for. In that case, it should have an Intel Ethernet and Intel Wifi. For the Ethernet, upgrade the IntelMausiEthernet.kext to the latest version or switch to AppleIntelE1000e.kext For Intel wifi, it's not supported, switch to DW1510 for Wifi only or DW1550 for Wifi/BT combo. You'll need to restore 2 kexts from Mojave since the chipset are not longer supported in Catalina. IO80211Family.kext & IO80211FamilyV2.kext to /L/E
  12. It would help us to help you if you have included the system model and specs. We can't tell what ethernet or wifi device is in your system. You'll have to determine them yourself. Know your hardware! Check the BIOS or if you have Windows install, run dxdiag.exe
  13. It's already in the Config file I attached above under kextToPatch combine with USBInjectAll.kext You can also use HackinTool.app to generate a custom USBPort.kext or SSDT-UIAC.aml
  14. try updating Lilu.kext, WhateverGreen and AppleALC.kext
  15. Follow Herve's E6220 guide and BIOS settings. You might have to change the ethernet kext if it's different than an Intel. There should be some E5420 bootpacks flowing around in the forum too, just use our search facility.
  16. No, not normal. I have the USB Port limit patches enabled, so all should work. Check your BIOS to make sure you don't have any ports disabled.
  17. Make sure to add all the fileVault2 drivers
  18. It probably needs SATA-unsupported.kext. Some controllers are not natively supported/recognize by MacOS.
  19. found both in your kextcache log and IOReg file For Trackpad, it's probably as good as it gets since its an Alps I2C, no support but only basic movement and maybe 2 fingers scrolling, 2 fingers right click and tab to drag.
  20. Attach your updated USBPort.kext for others who might come across the same issue for this model.
  21. Besides unlocking Catalina protection, you'll need this as well Note 3: To all the users that are facing IOREG dump failures: You need to enable the accessibility permissions for the “Terminal”. This privacy feature was introduced in macOS Mojave. Open Sys Prefs > Security & Privacy > Accessibility. Look for “Terminal” and allow access. Have you tried switching to VirtualSMC and SMCBatteryManager? You can try VoodooBatterySMC?
  22. You didn't remove FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext as suggested.
