You can read about it here. You can download Mavericks from the app store.

Did you have Optimus enabled and able to boot? Did it load HD 4000?
-
Looking at your boot pack, GenericUSBXHCI is outside of Extensions, perhaps that why your USB 3.0 devices is not working. Also looks like you don't have multi-touch for touchpad/trackstick working, no power management. You need a patched DSDT to get HDMI video/audio working. Have you tried using the DSDT from the E6430 guide? You should leave out the EDP and include folder when you upload boot packs.

It should say on the sticker on your palm rest. If no sticker there, you can remove the bottom cover. Inside the cover is a yellow sticker, if it says 3, it's non-vpro, 1 is vpro enabled.

Wow, you beat me to it. Same reason I couldn't boot on E6520 but on E6420 is because of different processors. So after switching SSDT, I was able to get it working on E6520 too. You could also remove AppleACPIPlatform, not needed. With the voodooPS2controller, you can scroll with trackstick too. I'll update my guide too, Optimus now works on both vpro and non-vpro system.

Do you see if you have 'Install OS X Mavericks' in your application folder? Point the source to that file. What OSX version is it running? If it's 10.9.1 or lower, you can go to to Update and download 10.9.2. After if finished download, it's store in Applications. Don't install the update just yet. Make a copy to your Desktop or anywhere for backup. Launch myHack to create the installer with that as the source.

Just tried your bootpack. You should remove AppleACPIPlatform, AppleACPIPS2Nub, and GenericUSBXHCI. E6520 don't have USB 3.0 ports so you don't need GenericUSBXHCI. AppleACPIPS2Nub is included in VoodooPS2Controller and AppleACPIPlatform is not needed when using ACPIBatteryManager. Works fine on my E6420 with Optimus enabled, but not E6520. Will look further.

Mavericks is free to download if you have a working OSX Mountain Lion or Lion.
-
Sorry, we don't support distro here.

Hmm, mine is Enabled after I set BIOS to default. I did confirm that OSX auto reboots if it's disabled, but not Windows.

Click on E6220 of my signature file for the boot pack, has same specs as your system. Use myHack method to build and install your system. Make sure to set your bios to the default first, apply and then go back and set SATA Opertion to AHCI for best result. Alternatively, you could follow npjohnson's guide here.

This model has been covered many times over. What's you screen max resolution?
-
Are you trying to install 10.9.2? or lower version?
-
Try my boot pack from the guide. I added AppleACPIPlatform to my boot pack and it breaks audio, so not sure why removing will kill your system. Boots perfectly without it with my boot pack.

I just upgraded my E6230 to 10.9.2. Everything works as before except audio. Just added HDAEnbler=Yes to boot.plist to fixed it. Webcam still work OOB.

Check out guide here.

There's no attachment here.

Try pepto's bootpack here and then upgrade the patched AppleHDA. He mentioned earlier in this thread it does work.
-
You can revert back to r2266, not needed for the new AppleHDA. If you have ACPIBatteryManager, then remove AppleACPIPlatform. This will fix the sound issue with sandflee's bootpack.

Use guide here for the nvidia system and bootpack, but update the AppleHDA. No need to rebuild your system. Just launch myhack.app from application. Select install Extra, select your system as the destination and bootpack as the source. Sleep is not capable in this setup. Question: Is your system vpro or non-pro. If it's non-vpro, you could try this guide and bootpack. This has DSDT to turn off nvidia which allows sleep with HD3000.

That's for the Exx30 models. You need this for the Exx20 models. Chameleon r2266 will work.

The one in the guide is the current one I'm using. Can you confirm you have the Exx20 model and not Exx30 model? or add your specs in a signature file.
-
you have a different CPU, leave out the SSDT file. Did you switch it over to AHCI in the BIOS? Are you using MBR patch?
-
After you download myHack.dmg, double-clicking on it will put it on the Desktop. Don't run from there, drag it into application relaunch myHack from Applications folder. Relaunch myHack.app again after you created the USB Installer. Select 'Install Extra', when prompt, select "Use my Own". Point to the boot pack I have linked above. Since you already have Windows running, you'll need to patch it with MBR, but don't use patch from myHack, it'll fail without the right dependency. Get the patch from this guide.

Reset BIOS to the default, Apply, and then go back and set SATA Operations to AHCI. Never failed. But since you're here, why not use the myHack method and my boot pack?
