  1. @Gamal Khattab Is your installation vanilla? or from a distro? @kiongping Have you try the installation using the EFI file attached above and add the fixed I added 5 posts up?
  2. Don't confuse a DW1820 with a DW1820A DW1820A has Broadcom BCM4350 chipset which is supported DW1820 has Atheros QCA6174A chipset which is NOT supported
  3. According to the files, you have an Atheros QCA6174, not a DW1820A
  4. Launch Hackintool.app, under PCIe tap, click on the export button. Post the file here
  5. @davidfrei7as Post your Config.plist
  6. Looks like you have a mixed of old Config.plist and new OC files or vise versa.
  7. There are limitation to the Intel Wifi kext. You might want to try using the ethernet connection to do your testing to sort out the issue.
  8. I was asked if the above trick was deprecated because DVMT pre-alloc can be bypassed with some Whatevergreen patches but sometimes it's still needed. For example, you want support for 4k display, DVMT will need to be increased and the bypass won't work. It's not recommended for everyone since it can brick your system if done incorrectly. But you can still reset it back to default by setting the BIOS to load the default or remove all the batteries for a period of time.
  9. You can try alcid=11 or 54, see if they work better The files you attached already has the kext to load the Realtek SD Card reader, have you actually try it? Having it appear under PCI devices is just purely cosmetics...I can help you add it if you like or you can just export it from Hackintool and added it to the Config file yourself.
  10. @Gamal Khattab what wireless device does it have? what audio codec does it have? looks like you're trying to install voodoohda, with voodoohda, it disable native AppleHDA For your Comet Lake system, you need at least Catalina (10.15.3). See here for more info
  11. Oops. go ahead and rename the Config file to point to SSDT-8x0G1h.aml instead
  12. try switching SMBIOS from MBP13,3 to MBP13,1
  13. The Battery patch in the Clover bootpack is incorrect, not sure why it would work. Give this new pack a try, again make sure you have a backup USB drive incase it won't boot or update files to USB and boot from that. HP810G2_OC066.zip
  14. Can you post the IOReg file with the Pink display working and current Config file?
  15. No it does not, does system have a discrete video card? If so, that needs to be disabled via SSDT patching Please post an IOReg file with IORegistryExplorer.app with HDMI connected
  16. Hmm, the other E5470 I seen has HDMI on Con1, maybe your hardware is different, try setting Con2 as HDMI
  17. Try this one, forgot to add PlatforInfo from your Config file Still not sure why it's missing or you left it off purposely config_e5470.plist.zip
  18. The monitor that's connected, is that the built-in display? Only showing 1 display connected
  19. You can find out by booting system with a Live Ubuntu boot disk and checking the video setting
  20. Can you try with this Config? config.plist.zip
  21. @ahmedhdeawy Welcome to OSXL! From your screenshots, your max display should be 1366x768 which means you should be using the lowRes DSDT instead of the default HiRes DSDT, but as long as you graphics looks fine, just leave it I guess. Looks like you have an Intel Wireless, head over here and see if you're wifi is supported, otherwise, replace with an DW1510, DW1550 for Wifi / BT combo. For audio, add the following kexts: Lilu.kext, AppleALC.kext and Whatevergreen.kext If you have added AppleHDAIDT.kext to /L/E or /S/L/E, remove it, repair permissions and rebuild cache Finally, in the Config file, under KextToPatch, disabled all the patches for AppleHDAIDT
