Look at the last couple of lines, your KP is caused by a BCM driver.. most likely for your wireless. try and disable your wireless in bios while installing

HI Mate, You have the same problem as i have with some cards.. the cards works fine and gets detected (look under about my mac) under 10.6.0-10.6.6 .. but from there and up they dont. I have two of those cards, so i'm very open to helping you out I'll do some testing today and get back to you.. i seem to recall some other solution was posted here on the forum.. some.. broadcom fix.. hmmm.,..

Yep, remove the kexts.. or even better.. if it have un-installer.. try that. Its not excally a new thing that 3th. party drivers can mess up.. even on a real mac.. another thing, seeing that you have a D830, can you please contact me on [email protected] for testing of a new package.

Hey Mate, My Guess is, that the lack of response is that no body have a media bay HD, hence its hard to devleolp a patch for it I have been thinking about buying one for testing.. but.. well.. sometimes there is a faar path from thought to action I think its a emulation issue.. just to be sure.. you dont have this issue if you run linux or windows.. right ?

Sounds like the file you downloaded is corrupt.. try method 2 instead...
