wake on lan setting in bios can break sleep. also you can try sudo pmset hibernatemode 0 normally apple sets it to 3

black screen had to do with your graphics not properly loading. if using chameleon try adding the dual link option. you also might have to play with bios video options.
-
what bootloader are you using
-
check if GraphicsEnabler=Yes

there is ongoing work on edp at the moment. you might need to update it or reinstall edp from time to time during this process.

i am running 10.9.4 on my 9010. boot 0 error is a chameleon install issue. re install chameleon a few times you can use myhack installer or chameleon wizard app.
-
i think my hack might ask about problematic kexts during install i believe one might have to do with HDCP. replace the kext if you had my hack remove it.
-
well what is your issue? every machine has different needs so you must give detailed information. maybe posting a picture of the error might help. also boot with -v -f flags.

check you bios for SATA mode set to AHCI if possible. -
chameleon has an option for built in ethernet. cpu can use chameleon wizard to set the flag for yor org.chameleon.Boot.plist. set the flag delete your internet adaptors and hit apply. reboot the machine. reinstall your ethernet first after adding it hit apply then add the wifi card and hit apply. then test to see if it works.

there was an update to EDP you might have tried downloading it while EDP was being re uploaded to svn. retry the download.

boot with -x -v flags and see if it gets to the login screen.

i believe apple changed the Azule frame buffer values in 10.9.4 what they are now I'm not sure. also make sure in bios that onboard graphics is set to primary.
-
did you rerun my hack to add the extra folder. if you manually dropped it in you need to run a my fix. if all else fails swap the hard drive from another d630 to see if it boots fine or needs bios tweeks. the kp above is fakesmc is having issues.

make a folder on desktop and drop the script and kext into it. use that location for the procedure. anything that is in S/L/E location should be to that desktop folder. you can also just drag and drop the file or folder into terminal. first typing in terminal cd to "Change Directory" then drop the file of folder. I do not mind helping you... but can you at least make an effort to understand what you are attempting to do. we are going on 5 pages. and yet still at square one. i hope it does not come off as rude as it is not meant to be. but there is alot of repetitive questions.

smbios can be generated with chameleon wizard aicpupm patch is in the link i believe i gave you previously. it's a perl script.

yes i believe my fix no longer asks for your extra during install you have to rerun it like you did to add extra. it was done because some asus machines where having issues with certain kexts. i looked at the 2 pictures and it looks like it is again AICPUPM. also according to http://ark.intel.com/products/50067/Intel-Core-i7-2720QM-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_30-GHz you have sandy bridge cpu. it uses AICPUPM so you will need to patch the one in S/L/E most likely for PM. i also see that core has HD3000 graphics. does your machine have optimus graphics? you might need to shut off the nvidia and only use the HD3000 if you cannot shut of the secondary graphics card then that might be why they are using a DSDT. they might be shutting it off from there. you will also need to use an SMBIOS which supports sandy bridge like MBP8,1 8,2 or 8,3. one more thing exactly what version of 10.9 are you using?

yeah just test with -v GraphicsEnabler=Yes if that does not load graphics then you need to dig a bit deeper.
-
if it's going black then you probably have surpassed the previous errors and now have a graphics loading issue which means you are a step closer to getting it working. research what works for your graphics card.
-
i think it is just letting you know it is paired, if it is working correctly for you otherwise

no harm at trying the myhack generic boot pack at this point. remake the installer though since you have removed kexts from it just to be safe. and for install you do not need an SSDT.aml try using generic as is no modification well unless you need to patch the mach_kernel on root of the usb usually hidden.
