in the older "D" series dells there where options in the bios for port replicators maybe you need to configure it the same as the working one if you have the option that is.
there is an issue with the MBR patch on my hack it needs Xcode to work properly. remake the installer without the MBR patch say no when prompted and install on a guid formatted drive. don't mix installers as it causes conflicts.
boot 0 error means chameleon did not install properly to the volume your booting to, reinstall chameleon with my hack or chameleon wizard app. 4k offset drives usually have this issue.

have you tried booting into the my hack installer then using disk utility to repair your partition and permissions? that sounds like something is corrupted.
do you have nvram module in modules folder inside extra? if not use chameleon wizard app to add the module. also use chameleon in case your using tony boot loader. might need them for messaging also with chameleon wizard generate a serial number for your smbios.

value is a number from 0 through 11 also your cpu has VT-d it is known to cause issues on some machines for now turn it off in bios or use dart=0 flag
