  1. i replaced the blue heatsink pads with copper shims as big as would fit in the gpu area. and some arctic silver on both sides of it. i used some pieces of copper from some heatsinks i had laying around. also make sure the fan is running smooth and not noisy. i also used no clean liquid reflow flux when i had to repair my mobo's. it helps "re wet" the bga solder.
  2. i think the newest chameleon resolves the last 3 issues with flags instead of dsdt edits. in chameleon wizard look in audio section options of org.chameleon.Boot.plist options should be on the bottom of the list. the other 2 are on the bottom right corner. maybe they help. also the device id's for HD 3000 where wrong in apples release of 10.9.0 and 10.9.1 if i recall... they had left out the 0x in front of the id in the kext plist. so maybe retry with a fresh 10.9.2 installer i think apple had corrected it there.
  3. there should be a tab on top called smbios on cw. use the edit button and select the new smbios then save.
  4. interesting that it does not recognize your screen resolution. mabe an EDID issue with the machine?
  5. it should say at boot on the top left corner. or use chameleon wizard app or champ list.
  6. from the specs i can find the latest os it might run is lion in 32 bit mode with a modded kernel for atom.
  7. are you sure it is nvidia? if it says something like crest line in bios it is intel.
  8. if it is an intel wifi then you replace it with one that works. they're cheap.
  9. looks like it does not like the ps2 kext. try a different one
  10. you need to patch your mach_kernel for haswel.
  11. are you running a my fix after changing files in the extra folder?
  12. you might need to remove or add the bootpack acpi kext from e/e and run a myfix quick depends on whats there now. if there remove it if not there add it.
  13. edp will only run on a local drive. current booted one. my hack though should work on another volume.
  14. does it have vt-d in bios? if so shut it off or boot with dart=0 flag.
  15. ok.... read through this guid to get familiar with my hack. http://myhack.sojugarden.com/guide/.
  16. MBP4,1 does not have power management thats why we used MBP5,1
  17. use nullcpu.kext to get past the issue. it should be in the my hack generic extra.
  18. they do but you have to boot lion using the boot flag arch=i386. but if you have some kexts that are not a "Fat" binary meaning both 32 and 64 bit then those might not load and give you other issues. lion is the last mac os to still boot in 32 bit mode.
  19. no. run myfix only if you are adding or removing kexts.
  20. try adding the boot flag dart=0
