  1. can you zip up the broken extra so that either herve or i can take a look at it. there have been a lot of code change in edp maybe a data base file is cross linked.

  7. i think the newer macbook airs do not have ethernet. try spoofing the smbios.

  9. does it have dual graphics? if so can it be selected in bios. also what core is it since the core would also supply graphics.
  10. do you have intel wifi? if so turn it off in bios. and check if data is set to ahci
  11. look to your graphics. ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin: :registerLPCDriver - WARNING - LPC device initialization failed: C-state power management, thats usually normal on a older dell. and usually the last line before loading graphics.

  14. you have to be careful a lot of times with HP laptops there bios will error out if you change wifi cards that are not "HP Approved" some BIOS have a white list embedded in it
  15. are the org.chameleon.Boot.plists the same on both your boot stick and the SSD? check with the text editor app
  16. have you created a new installer or are you still working with the same installer disk? it could be corrupted. can you run a disk repair and permissions fix on it with disk utility?
  17. sometimes install fails but the os install is fine try to boot to it.
  18. did you check your ps2 trackpad options in bios?
  19. did you try this version http://www.osx86.net/files/file/316-lapic-kernel-patcher-v07/ seems donovan updated the patcher
  20. see if you have a keylayout module in the modules folder and remove it.
  21. i do not think the patcher works for maverick yet.
  22. did you have a combo wifi/BT card you might have swiped out of your machine for a compatible wifi card?
  23. at the chameleon prompt hit the space bar.
