you got to be more specific. "Can't update" could mean a lot of things Which version of MacOS are you upgrading from? Can you post the error or what ever message you are encountering?
  2. Hmm, there's no USB 2.0 for this model so no need for EH01.aml and EH02.aml. Your files are similar to my Broadwell bootpack. You should try using the more similar system E7470 Skylake bootpack. They kexts should remain the same, just mainly the ACPI folder and Config file are different.

if you don't see a prebuilt release link in the page, you can just append /releases to the end then download the release version. Example https://github.com/acidanthera/WhateverGreen/releases

You might have to disable the bluetooth from Intel combo card in the Bios. As for the Dell part, try contacting the Dell sales department or use Dell Chat.

Before upgrading, do the following: (1) Update to latest Clover (2) Upgrade kexts you're currently using found under /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other/ and kexts you have installed to /L/E or /S/L/E Common links for new kexts: https://github.com/vit9696/Lilu/releases https://github.com/vit9696/Lilu/blob/master/KnownPlugins.md https://bitbucket.org/RehabMan/ (3) Make sure it's still bootable after the above 2 updates As for Bluetooth, you'll have to found out what you have and if it's compatible to MacOS from vendor's website. Sorry, I have no experience with USB Bluetooth dongle.

It's already enabled in my files. As for usb Bluetooth Dongle, what model do you have?
  7. Remove USBPort.kext and add USBInjectAll.kext Then use Hackintool to generate proper USB kext for your system In the USB tab, click on the i to get instruction how to setup your USB ports
  8. You're mixing 2 different bootpacks. Replace your Config with the attached. Remove the following kexts from /EFI/Clover/kexts/Other VoodooHDA Shiki IntelGraphicsDVMTFixup SMCBatteryManager.kext USBInjectAll.kext Restore vanilla version of AppleHDA.kext to /S/L/E //don't know why you have a patched AppleHDA when you're using AppleALC and VoodooHDA Remove AppleBacklightInjector.kext from /L/E //don't need it when you have AppleBacklightFixup.kext already Repair permissions and rebuild cache config.plist.zip

You can get it from Dell - Part Number: 6XRYC I run both High Sierra and Mojave, both very stable.

    Yes, give it a go

That's correct. If you go through the guide step by step, it'll lead to you the Post Installation with the instruction to install the kext from CopyToLE

Step 2 shows you how to install Clover with specific settings. The EFI partition will automatically mounted after you install Clover. You can then put the bootpack into /EFI/Clover replacing the default files and folders created by Clover. You'll need to add HFSPlus.efi to /EFI/Clover/drivers64UEFI. Can be found by googling or from my generic EFI folder here

If you click on the link within the guide, it'll take you to the a generic clover guide https://osxlatitude.com/forums/topic/8506-dell-latitude-inspiron-precision-vostro-xps-clover-guide/?do=findComment&comment=87342

They both are easy to install. I have a guide from El Capitan to Mojave here. Just scroll to the bottom. Bootpack included. Recommended Wifi/Bluetooth are DW1560 or DW1830. Although DW1830 requires 3 antennas, it'll still work with 2. You might loose some connection speed, I never tested it for speed.
  15. Try running it offline https://github.com/black-dragon74/OSX-Debug
  16. You can't, it auto converts. Only way to use HFS is to clone the system into an HFS formatted drive.
  17. add the darkwake arg will fix it without manually hitting the ESP key
  18. after hitting the power, try hitting ESP key a couple of times or add to boot arg darkwake=8
  19. @doctorultra Assuming you are running on the E7470, HDMI or DP will work. If you're using DVI to HDMI, it will not work. Must be either HDMI to DP->miniDP or DP to HDMI or DP to miniPD. You can try Hackintool to make Framebuffer modification, see if you could find a solution.
  20. DW1560 is easier since there's only 2 antennas. The DW1830 needs 3 antennas.
  21. Boot with verbose mode. Then post the error
  22. @Akv No compatible. My recommendation is to stay away from DW1820* cards. Go with either DW1560 or DW1830.
  23. Explain in details of the sleep issue. What happens when it goes to sleep? Why do you have to hard reboot?
