snoopers, Make sure to go to the Update section post #4 for the latest AppleHDA_IDT. You need the SSDT for power management and sleep. The reason you don't have SSDT.aml probably because you're missing IASL. Download this . Uncompress and save it to /usr/bin. Run the SSDTPrgen.sh again.

Can you post the error when using the DSDT with dropOEM enabled? I think you mean Karabiner with the private.xml file didn't work? Did you reload the xml and enable them? Remap Brightness Key' & 'Remap Volumes Key'

You must not be using my E7450 update bootpack, it has all the hot patches for hand-off

What Bronxteck said to go to your BIOS and add a new boot option under UEFI and point it to /EFI/Clover/Cloverx64.efi Make sure to copy Kexts folder (mainly FakeSMC) and Drivers64UEFI if you have additional files other than the default like HFSPlus.efi.

I updated to 10.11.6, no issue with audio.

Hmm, you might me missing some other system files if IOBluetoothFamily was missing. I see you're on 10.11.3, why don't you upgrade to the latest 10.11.6, it might replace all the missing files. Beyond that, you might just have to reinstall.

Check here under Core Storage. If in fact that's what you have, follow it to revert. Reboot with USB installer, selecting your HDD. Install Clover again. Copy your Clover folder from your USB installer to the EFI partition of you HDD.

Here, try this. In config file, under SSDT, enable DropOEM. I believe your keyboard has similar layout as my E7450. Follow the post install to change the Fn for audio and brightness control themightyquinn.zip

Remove all files in Origin and Patched folder. Reboot to Clover GUI, hit F4. Then boot to OS X, compress and upload Origin folder here. I'll patch them for you. You need to follow the update section to replace the mouse kext VoodooPS2Controller and audio kext. Most bootpacks are created before 10.11.4 came out and so will have the version of VoodooPS2Controller that will cause KP.

Copy the EFI folder from your USB installer to the EFI partition of the Installed drive, step 6 of Part 3.

I don't think there's graphics support (HD 515)for Core M processor, you might want to go for the E7270 with the "I" processor (HD520) if you prefer the smaller size laptop.
