Your pix is not loaded so I'm not sure what your error is. But don't use the MBR patch from myHack as it doesn't work if you don't have the right dependency. Rebuild your Installer without the MBR patch.

Yes, I have a work-in-progress dsdt to disable nvidia for E6530/E6430 while Optimus is enabled. But after a reboot, Optimus gets disabled in BIOS and system won't boot. I have to go in the BIOS and re-enable Optimus again. This doesn't happen when I shutdown, then boot up again. With this DSDT, I'm able to get sleep with HD4000.
-
Did you follow my guide with the nvidia optimus? It specifies that sleep won't work Sleep does not work, so make sure to turn it off otherwise you'll have to hard shutdown/reboot system
-
Please specify your error, not just "problem when install" what's your system specification? Did you set the BIOS to the default first? Did you use the MBR patch? etc...
-
You need to restore the files because your HD4000 graphics require them. You could ignore the bluetooth error, it usually loads graphics after that, but since you don't have the files anymore, it just hang. Also, can you list your graphics resolution? It needs a different FB file if resolution is higher than 1366x768.

Try this patched AppleHDA. Don't upgrade to 10.9.2 yet as it'll break audio. Update: New patch here. Working on 10.9.2.

E6430 on 10.9.1 accepted 10.9.2 update from Apple

Either one is fine. MBP 9.1 or 9.2. If you want to emulate like your ML, download Chameleon Wizard and generate a new smbios for MPB 9.1 which will give you 15" screen. This is just cosmetics. -
You have a hacked E6430 with my bootpack right? Grab it from there.

Your ML uses the serial that's on my ML bootpack, but your Mavericks has a different serial. Open your smbios.plist with text pad or Chameleon Wizard, does it say MacBookPro9,1? -
Trying adding a patched AppleACPIPlatform.kext to the Bootpack

Are you using the same smbios.plist on both setup? -
If you're using GenericUSBXHCI for usb 3.0, try adding -gux_defer_usb2 or -gux_nosleep
-
See if this patched AppleHDA works for you. If you don't have a DSDT, you'll need AppleHDAEnabler. If these don't work, try VoodooHDA 2.8.4.
-
Your graphics wasn't loaded. Try this DSDT, rename to DSDT.aml and put in Extra Mavericks.aml.zip

Looks like AppleIntelHD3000graphics is not loading. Do you have QE/CI enabled? Can you attach your DSDT here? Maybe you're missing graphics patch.

[SOLVED] E6230: OS X + Windows Dual Booting Issues
Jake Lo replied to mrsunshine's topic in The Archive
I have confirmed the flickering issue with BIOS A12. Restoring to A11 or A10 fixes the issue. -
Have you tried resetting your BIOS to the default and then go back and set SATA Operations to AHCI? Also try with this guide and use boot pack.

Try booting with -v switch to see where the error stop.

Yeah, don't see anything on the boot pack. Perhaps it's what you did on your BIOS. Can you confirm when it goes to sleep, you got a blinking power button. When you tab on it, system wakes back? Does it sleep when you close the lid? and wake? I left my E6530 in the office, so can't test which Alps version works best. Will update you on Monday.

Glad you got everything sorted out. A guide for this model will be nice. https://osxlatitude.com/index.php?/topic/1969-guide-for-enabling-vga-and-hdmi-in-intel-hd3000-gpu/

What graphics is in your setup? Intel or Nvidia? List your specs...before we could help you.

Try this for touchpad. Tested on my E6430. For card reader, you need to add the ven/dev id to voodooSDHC. Do a search here for it. Hmm, you got sleep working with nvs5200m? I'm interesting in how you accomplish this. Does it wake up after sleep?

I'm pretty sure this system has the 1st Generation Intel HD graphics, not HD 3000. What modded kext did you install? What's the screen resolution? If you go to the screen saver preference, does the animated screensaver work? If not, then you don't have QE/CI. What wireless card do you have? Install this and then run lspci -nn in the terminal. Output the file here.
-
Are you using the myHack method? I don't see an Extensions folder with all the modded kexts. If you're using myHack to do your build, it should include an Extensions folder with lspcidrv.kext that will allow you to run lspci -nn in the terminal to get your systems specs. Where are you modded kexts?
