can you try installing the newest chameleon boot loader to a usb stick and booting off of that to test it to see if it corrects your problem. if it does upgrade the chameleon on your hard drive. -

if you use terminal you can remove the kext from E/E then run my fix or boot to another partition. you might want to clone a working install to a second partition so you can recover fore testing.

can you re add the problematic kexts. you can put them in E/E and run my fix to test.

Dell E6400 Maverick -Bluetooth, Webcam, Flickering graphics
Bronxteck replied to relic0422's topic in The Archive
your graphics are not supported in osx according to your lspci output you have gma 4500 intel graphics. the best you could do is turn off hardware acceleration for flash player. and you might get by watching HTML5 content instead. you also might have to use chrome browser. avoid launchpad and the safari page that shows all the sites in one window. -
hmm can you try dart=0 then dart=1 also did you have the installer remove problematic kexts?

if possible watch your GPU temps when the error occurs with like fakesmc and hardware monitor.

apple never made drivers for the Mobile Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 4500M so it will not have full graphics acceleration. that is why it acts the way you mention. DSDT will not fix that.

yeah like darvinko mentions it could be bios downgrade to like A18 if possible

yeah this is just a precaution in case they installed windows without setting AHCI mode first. like if resetting bios to defaults first and not setting sata mode after. you can revert sata mode back to IDE edit the registry for windows and then switch back to AHCI mode. -
hmm i wonder if it is looking for your screens EDID info. i think switchresx app helps with that.
