  1. are you still booting from the usb installer and then selecting the newly installed drive? try adding this to boot arg by going to Option from the Clover gui's main menu -igfxvesa
  2. Just tried upgrading my Broadwell system with Clover v5103 and it also stopped at [EB|.... Replacing Clover files with v5107 resolved the issue
  3. From what I had read, the freeze occur with unused connector(s) on an Haswell I3 CPU. This issue doesn't occur on higher CPU like i5 or i7. Determine the ports that you don't need and disable it.

  8. The framebuffer values from the bootpack works just fine. There might be some issue with your installation files due to using VM. Since you now have a semi working system, you can re-create your installer from there rather than VM. Keep the same EFI files. After creating the new installer, format and reinstall your system.
  9. Follow this thread, they seems to have the same issue and had solved it by adding or moving ApfsDriverLoader.efi from drivers/UEFI to the root of /EFI
  10. You'll need to upgrade to v5107 so use the CloverHackyColor version. It lacks the HFSPlus.efi, but you can continue using the version you have currently. Don't forget to update Lilu.kext, whatevergreen.kext and AppleALC.kext prior.
  11. What kexts did you add? It's not showing in your Clover kexts/Other folder Add these kexts For Wifi , add to Clover kext : AirportBrcmFixup.kext For BT, add to /L/E: BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext BrcmBluetoothInjector.kext BrcmPatchRAM3.kext Don't forget to repair permissions and rebuild cache
  12. Not exactly accurate. I have my BT firmware kext in /L/E running on 10.15.4. BT kexts are loading just fine. You might just need to repair permissions and rebuild cache after the update.
  13. at clover, press O or arrow to get to Options. There you should see the boot command line to add the additional arg
  14. No need to quote as Herve stated, just type under " Reply to this topic"... So to add the boot arg, there's a few ways. One is add it to the Config file under Boot Arguments, use Clover Configurator to edit the Config.plist 2nd way is to boot to Clover, press O to get to Options or use the arrow key. Once there, add the above arg to the command line
  15. Just upgraded to 10.15.4, no issue Just make sure to install latest Clover and update kexts prior to upgrade.

  17. Updated to latest 10.15.4, no issue with Brightness control... Make sure to install latest Clover v5107 Update kexts: lilu, whatevergreen, applealc

  20. Hmm, that means you're booting with the default Clover config because the corrupted Config was not in use.
