I thought you previously installed BrcmPatchRAM2.kext and BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext to /L/E when you had DW1820A. Anyway, don't need BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext and BrcmNonPatchRAM2.kext if you have the 2 in Clover kexts.

??? You need patches for E7240 or E6430? If for E7240, you can reuse what you have previously, no need to repatch. If for E6430, then create a new thread, this thread is for E7xxx. That said, there are plenty of E6430 guides and bootpacks in this forum. just use the search function.

You have the kexts turned off when you boot with this arg, remove it and reboot -applbkloff

Your IOReg doesn't match your EFI files. IOReg shows iMac18,1, but EFI Config shows MBP14,1 Here, try replacing files into /EFi/Clover Repair permissions and rebuild cache Reboot 5480_HD520_DisableNvidia_Mojave.zip

post debug file before attaching the files, make sure you have all the files including an IOREG, not a txt file of the reg.

Try entering the RAM description under SMBIOS using Clover Configurator
