This Lenovo has an Elantouch touchpad, try this. Remove any PS2 controller kext you may have installed. Just place the kext in /EFI/Clover/Kexts/Other or 10.11 depending on what you're using. As for Wifi, if you have an Intel, it's unsupported. Either use a supported USB wifi or a supported card that's not whitelisted by Lenovo. I think I saw one with Lenovo branded DW1560 somewhere.

See Hervé's guide here for his E6440.

Your config has patches for ALC282, your system has ALC668. Take a look at my Dell Optiplex 9030 AIO bootpack. it's also Haswell with ALC668 running on Clover.

You need to restore a vanilla version of that file, it's needed for this wireless device to work. The hot patches are done with the Config.plist file. After replacing the kext and fix permission/rebuild cache, then reboot. See if it shows in System information.

Screen distortion usually came after "waiting for root device" which is a USB detection issue. Try the combo USB/Esata port.

that might be due to the patched AppleHDA which I didn't create. Wern has a different version with layout-id set to 0. Have not personally try it.

Replace with this config updated boot glitch patch for Sierra added addition HDA patch for Sierra config.plist.zip

No, the cache build is fine. What is AirportBrcm4360.kext patched with?
-
Try enabling ResetHDA in Clover Config file.
-
It's already added in attachment in post #2. But perhaps booting without cache might help as Bronxteck suggested.

If you have kext in /EFI/Clover/Kexts/Other or 10.11 or 10.12, they will load without you having to duplicate them to /S/L/E or /L/E. If you are using my bootpacks, I have kexts in /EFI/Clover/Kexts/Other/LE. Those won't ever load or even read by Clover. Those have to be install to /S/L/E or /L/E. Reason I have it there is for convenience only when you do reinstall, you won't have to locate additional kexts.

@kfiatos, what are you using for audio? patched AppleHDA_ALC292 uses layout id 1, you have set it to 10 in Config file. It should already be patched in DSDT, so no need to add it to Config. If you're using voodooHDA, then HDMI audio won't work.

Yes, you said the touchpad was not as snappy as before...so use that one from before. if you have been reading thru all the Sierra threads, you would know that it's a known issue with trackpad preference being blank. Replace it with one from El Capitan will fix it. You can either open the back panel or use an app like DPCImanager.app.

Replace voodoops2controller with your previous one if that works better for you. What wifi card does it have? Intel is not supported, replace with a supported card like DW1510 or DW1550. The volume and brightness key are known issue for Sierra. See here for work around.

If you have replaced the Config file and installed FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext and FakePCIID.kext to /L/E, it should work as did your bluetooth. make sure it's not disabled in the BIOS or been turned off accidentally with Fn+PrtScr

That's why the guide says El Capitan and not Sierra. Update the following files. I've also got HDMI audio working. There's no fix for the artifacts on the upper left corner at the moment though, known issue for Intel HD 530/520/515 in Sierra. Update: Artifact fix can be found here Added to files below E7470_HDMI_Audio.zip

Here, just follow my Clover guide, replace the Clover folder with this. Once installed and booted to the SSD, install Clover (latest version) and then replace /EFI/Clover folder with the same. Copy kexts in /EFI/Clover/Kexts/Other/LE to /Library/Extensions and run the fixes as posted in the guide. CLOVER.zip

Dr.Hurt, Is there a way to slow down the scrolling for the trackstick. it's a bit fast and maybe enable inertia too if possible. All and all, R4 final is very stable and very usable. Better than all the previous versions up to now for Alps touchpad. Also, option and command keys are switched, I know I could use switch it in Keyboard Preference but wonder if that could be done without it. Thanks!

No need to reinstall. Just put back the files you used to get it install. What wireless card do you have? If it's Intel, it's not supported and will need to be replaced. Try either DW1510 for wireless only or DW1550 for bluetooth/wireless combo. For sound, you need to install AppleHDA_ALC292.kext to either /L/E or /S/L/E and repair permission and rebuild cache.

does it show input and output in Preferences? you have tested both internal speaker and headphones?
-
Try this config.plist.zip
-
send me your config file.

The DSDT patch only been tested to work on O2Micro SDCarder reader successfully, not sure about other brands. What reader is in this system? Have you tried VoodooSDHC.kext?
