    Your patched kext uses layoutID = 0, your DSDT uses layoutID = 3 Patched kext is also for Mavericks. Should always use the current version. Try Mirone's patcher.

    Did you downgrade AppleHDA to 10.11.3? If so, make sure to restore it back to 10.11.4. Also remember to repair permission and rebuild cache.

    The patched kext is for 10.11.3. I'll update a new AppleHDA_ALC236 to be use with Clover patch 0n-the-fly so no need to use old patch on newer OS X. All credits to patching ALC236 goes to Joe82. EAPDFix is by EmlyDinesh.

    Upload the kext you use for Audio. Is it a dummyHDA?

    Upload you Extra folder, compress it first and select More Reply Options to use the attachment option.

    Did you see this post of the same guide? You might need to add the patched kexts for your version of Mavericks.

    Are you using Clover or Chameleon? Please upload your Bootpack Extra or Clover folder

    No much to go on with that. Boot to Clover. Hit the spacebar. Select the no cache option and hit enter. This will boot without cache and verbose mode. You'll get a better idea of what's causing the KP

    What? Changing the DVMT or patching the FB? See my E7450 guide under Prerequisites.

    Did you change to DVMT to 96MB as required for Broadwell system? If this is not doable, then you'll have to manually patch the FB to bypass the check.

    No. The DSDT and USBinjector in the bootpack is dependent on you using MBP8,2 as the smbios. Verify your config file.
