  1. well whatever it's doing it is giving you the -f issue. 90% of the issue you explained is due to kernel cache not building properly and kicking some kexts out of it hence the need for -f which loads all kexts... does that make sense? also 10.10 is very finicky about it. you cant use the more aggressive methods of 10.9.x and below like totally deleting the pelinked kernel. there are also other requirements like kext_dev_mode=1 kernel flags. and the kext exclude list. you need to reacquaint yourself with the methods and adjust to them.
  2. im also not near my osx machine.... i mostly use windows. but you should be able to get it out of the installer app if its in your app folder or a combo update with something like pacifist app. heck you might be able to maybe install the whole combo update right on top of your existing install. but if you where using a modified azul to begin with then maybe you need to find that version that worked for you. my graphics are capri not azul.
  3. you do not have 32 bit arch selected in that screen shot like herve suggested.
  4. what exactly are you calling a vanilla installer? if your using my hack you have to run a myfix after installing kexts into e/e if not they will not be picked up while it builds the kernel cache.
  5. well something must be messing with your kernel cache. what are you using for installer and for booting. or to put kexts into your system?
  6. use chameleon wizard app and check to see if the org.boot plist has 1280x800 resolution defined.
  7. you should be able to extract it from the installer.
  8. it seems to be still there in my 10.10.2 so you might have to add it back. mine is dated Friday, September 26, 2014
  9. could have just installed the appropriate d630 model boot pack and ran a my fix on her old install.
  10. yes i think it is very complicated as that would be piracy... and unless your paying for the lawyers to battle apple we will not provide that. go to your favorite torrent site and take a chance downloading crap just to be a cheap ass. now for the second part of your query that is the point of the boot pack.
  11. i dont think so but vt-D on in bios does affect booting. for clover you need kernelcpupm option you need plugin type 1, asusfix.
  12. you might have to patch Aicpupm kext or back it up some where and delete it from S/L/E or try adding nullcpu kext. also the kernel might need patching. clover boot loader can do both if configured correctly.
  13. ozmosis boot loader installs itself to the first harddrive it detected on install adding the second hard drive might have affected that.
  14. yeah i usually have to disable the bt then re enable it. you might be able to do it trough the wifi switch if your bios has the option. i have a usb dongle and i pull it out then reinsert it.
  15. try repairing disk permissions with disk utility.
  16. try repairing disk permissions with disk utility... sometimes it helps. if not you need to try different trackpad kexts for your trackpad type.
  17. in terminal type in sudo pmset hibernate mode 0 default is 3 if you wish to change it back.
  18. Intel® Centrino® Advanced-N 6205 Is not supported by osx you need to replace it with a compatible wifi card. http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/files/file/79-bcm5722d/
  19. if i remember igain is at 90 in plist set it to 0. then rerun myfix quick. if you used myhack
  20. http://sourceforge.net/projects/cloverefiboot (chameleon, stolen and rebranded)/files/
