you need to choose uefi install media from the hdd selection menu when you pres f12 at bios prompt. loading an iso directly will not work. you need to have a proper usb or dvd windows installer. -
install cloverprefpane from the installer and select efi mount options there. although it might not work proper in yosemite yet.
-
it can be a fakeSMC kext issue. remove the lpc.kext plugin and rebuild your caches. if not replace fakesmc kext and it's plugins.

E6400 Nvidia NVS 160M (not Intel GMA) Yosemite CLOVER Guide
Bronxteck replied to krzysztofc10's topic in The Archive
look in your bios and confirm what video card it has. then you need to adjust clover's config plist accordingly. use the clover wiki for instructions http://clover-wiki.zetam.org/home for the config plist. clover configurator app is also helpful for adjusting settings. -
do not use reboot. shutdown the machine. then boot into your choice of os. if you reboot sometimes the usb gets stuck without a full power down.
-
you can try darwindumper app or if using clover i think you press F4 and it dumps it into acpi folder.

that last one seemes like a fake smc plugin issue could be the lpc kext. remove the plugins.

there are a few topics turning up here using the search feature on the top right of the site. maybe that can give you an idea of what it involves.

try booting from a usb with your bootloader and config files incase osx is having issues reading your config files from raid. hopefull that can get you going till you sort out your issues.
