windows deletes it as soon as I download it. generate the rom file from the bios update at https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=2WN85 use the command like this T7500A16.exe /writeromfile in command prompt put the full path to the bios in my case I made a folder on desktop called BIOS and dropped the dell bios there then I ran the command in powershell in admin mode. in windows 10 you can just right click the windows icon on the bottom left corner and select powershell you can also use command prompt. C:\Users\T7500\Desktop\BIOS\T7500A16.exe /writeromfile inside the BIOS folder it generated the rom file T7500A16.rom I would have attached it but the site is under maintenance.

I do not think DW1810 is supported in osx I believe it is Qualcom/Atheros chip

try closing the lid and opening it when that happens sometimes it clears up the screen. do you know which graphics card is loading the installer? maybe look into lilu kext and its plugins. they have one for intel graphics and one for ATI I think its called whatever green.

then you need to update your smbios info most likely maybe osx does not have support for that model any longer. you can try removing it all together and let clover try to find one for you. at least for installer. or make one with a model close to your machine specs like maybe MacBookPro11,1

yes try updating your clover for now like Jake stated. I gave you 2 options above at least lets try his suggestions till the site is up.

if your using clover configurator app then it should be in the kexts to patch section on the bottom it has a list of patches section you can try with the "Disable Intel, Fresco Logic USB3.0 controllers check, 10.10.* (credit Zenith432)"

is it compatible with osx? it looks like atheros / qualcom.

if your running high Sierra there are issues with dual monitor support. or it can be an EDID issue maybe you can try switchresx app.

if i remember correctly i think you have to disable the fresco logic controller using a clover patch.

that picture shows that you might not have followed all the instructions. you have a few duplicate kexts also what is in sle folder probably should have been installed to /l/e but it could just as well probably run from the clover other folder.

is it a desktop or all in one machine.

the camera issue could be a usb issue.

hmm looks like alot of people are having that issue with dells bios you can try https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/solved-recover-dell-inspiron-laptop-corrupted-bios-how-roland-ihasz follow his instructions but rename what he posts with the name of your bios file. also make sure you download the correct bios for your machine because the ROM size might be different. maybe that explains the error of it running out of memory.
