I dont think I have ever seen a hack say that before. maybe try clearing nvram. at clover press F1 it should list how. or first try updating clover to latest below. Clover_v2.4k_r4444.zip

ok when you get to striped grey close the lid and open it. also what is your resolution? do you have Legacy Option ROMs enabled in bios?

Latitude E6520: unable to install High Sierra
Bronxteck replied to H4ck1nt0sh3r's topic in The Archive
yes try different usb ports -
you can try to see if it shows up using terminal pmset -g custom
-
maybe you need to add a boot argument they are as follows Boot-args brcmfx-country=XX changes the country code to XX (US, CN, #a, ...) -brcmfxdbg turns on debugging output -brcmfxbeta enables loading on unsupported osx -brcmfxoff disables kext loading wl_msg_level=0xXXXX & wl_msg_level2=0xXXXX set log level for native network kexts -brcmfxwowl enables WOWL (WoWLAN) - it is disabled by default option brcmfx-country also can be injected via DSDT or AddProperties/Arbitrary in Clover

if F4 did not dump your EFI then your EFI might be formatted wrong. it should be FAT partition format not guid.
-
try dart=0 boot flag or check if you have VT-D enabled in bios and disable it.
-
should be possible.
-
try with this version 1.2.3 remove all the old ones if you can if not try putting it in EFI/clover/kexts/other maybe it will load early enough being injected by clover to override the ones in different locations enough to boot back in and remove the older ones Lilu.kext.zip

Dell Optiplex 9010 (USFF) - graphics issue [Solved]
Bronxteck replied to gtown's topic in The Archive
yes I have a 9010 with the four usb slots on the front with dvdrom and a 3770 ivy core but I do not use the dgpu at the moment. it was for a multi monitor setup that I long sold off. my 9010 originally came with hd2500 graphics which is why I upgraded to 3770 ivy with the hd4000 graphics -

External displays off SKL graphics under High Sierra
Bronxteck replied to kushwavez's topic in The Archive
10.13.4 update might have fixed some of the issues but you can also try adding the latest lilu kext, intelgraphicsfixup, and shiki kext to your clover other folder -
the original dsdt had compile issues. I cleaned it up so that it compiles. you can apply your patches although your DSDT1 and 2 seem to compile fine on my end. DSDT.aml.zip

maybe try lilu.kext plus AppleALC and try layout id 28
-
have you tried different USB ports? maybe usb stick is not getting detected or if your trying to install 10.13.4 that just came out look in root for a hidden file called .IAPhysicalMedia and remove it from usb. this worked for Jake. but that might also cause issues if you delete that file. another work around is you leave the .IAPhysicalMedia file and create a new folder called .IABootFiles and copy boot.efi to it more info at this thread https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/forums/topic/333560-macos-high-sierra-10134-is-out/?do=findComment&comment=2606441 EDIT : you can try this clover it should have fixed the above issues with 10.13.4 installer. unless there is something in nvram. I think F11 at clover boot prompt clears it. you can press F1 at clover prompt to double check
